المستخلص: سعت الدراسة إلى تنمية مهارات موثوقية المعلومات والاتصالات الرقمية حيث إن مجتمعنا يواجه العديد من التحديات والأحداث السياسية، المتلاحقة حيث تعددت أجيال الحروب، التي واجهت العالم على مر العصور التاريخية، التي تسعى إلى تحقيق أهدافها ومصالحها على حساب دول أخرى مستهدفة، وتعتبر حروب الجيل الخامس نتاج لتعرض المجتمع، للعديد من حروب الأجيال، التي أثرت بشكل كبير في منهجية تحديث الأساليب، والأدوات المستخدمة بها لهدم الأمن القومي وتهديد استقراره ونظرا إلى انتشار شبكة الانترنت، وتقدم التكنولوجيا الرقمية، وازدياد مستخدميه، وخاصة الشباب لسهولة وسرعة عمليات التواصل الاجتماعي من خلاله، لذلك فلابد من تنمية مهارات تساعد المتعلمين، على التأكد من صحة كل معلومة تصل إليهم، وقامت بإعداد برنامج في التاريخ لتنمية مهارات موثوقية المعلومات والاتصالات الرقمية لدى طلاب كلية التربية في ضوء أدوات حروب الجيل الخامس واستخدمت الباحثة أدوات اعداد اختبار لقياس مدى تمكن الطلاب من مهارات موثوقية المعلومات والاتصالات الرقمية، واختبار لقياس اتجاهات الطلاب نحو مهارات موثوقية المعلومات والاتصالات الرقمية، وأشارت النتائج إلى فاعلية البرنامج ولقد أوصى البحث بأهمية تطوير وتضمين مقررات مادة التاريخ لدى طلاب كلية التربية لمهارات موثوقية المعلومات والاتصالات الرقمية التي تساعد في الحصول علي المعلومات من المصادر المختلفة وتعمل على إثراء محتوي المقررات التعليمية ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية أعضاء هيئة التدريس على تنمية مهارات موثوقية المعلومات والاتصالات الرقمية. باستخدام المنصات الإلكترونية.
