هدفت الدراسة إلى تحقيق هدف رئيسي هو دراسة أثر تأمين البيانات على تحقيق جودة المعلومات، وأثر ذلك على اتخاذ القرار في ضوء الحكومة الإلكترونية، كما هدفت إلى تحقيق أهداف فرعية تمثلت في دراسة (سلامة المعلومات، الاعتمادية في المعلومات، سهولة الاستخدام للمعلومات، الاستفادة من المعلومات) على جودة اتخاذ القرار في الحكم المحلي بمحافظة كفر الشيخ. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من كافة الإدارات التابعة للحكم المحلى بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، وبلغ حجم العينة 80 فردا، وتمثلت الحدود الزمانية في الربع الأول من عام 2019، وتمثلت الحدود المكانية للدراسة إدارات الحكم المحلي بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، وأنتجت الدراسة مقياس لبيان جودة المعلومات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن جودة المعلومات مفهوم نسبي يتم العمل به وفقا لحاجات المستخدمين للمعلومات، يتم تقويم جودة اتخاذ القرارات وفقا لآلية ومراحل وعمليات اتخاذ القرار والطريقة التي تم بها تقييم البدائل المتاحة بالإضافة للفهم الكامل لمشكلة القرار والمتغيرات البيئية المحيطة بها، وجودة المعلومات التي تم جمعها من نظم المعلومات المختلفة قبل اتخاذ القرار، يعد بعد (سلامة المحتوى) البعد الأكثر أهمية من أبعاد جودة المعلومات في تفسير جودة اتخاذ القرارات.
The aim of the study was to achieve the main goals in the effectiveness of a data security on achieving the information quality, and the effectiveness on making a decision in the light of E. government, also it aimed to achieve sub- goals, represented in the study of (information quality, dependability in information and the Easy use of information and the benefits from information and the in local Government at kefrelsheikh governorate the study sample was formed of all subortnate administrations at local judgement at kafrelsheikh governorate. The study sample was consisted of 80 person, and the optiminium time limit was represented in the first quarter of 2019, Also the spatial Dclinitation was represented in the local judgement administration at kafr El- Sheikh governorate, the study results, scale for information quality. The study research proved the information quality is a relative concept and it is done according to users need for information, arid the quality of making a decision is assessed according to the mechanism, stages and making a decision processes, and the way that the available alternative were assessed, in addition to, full understanding of a decision problem and the environmental variables which surrounding it, and the information quality which are collected before making a decision from different information systems, it considered the most important dimension after the content quality of the dimensions of the quality of information, in interpreting making a decisions quality.
