هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع الأمن والسلامة المدرسية في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة أسيوط، والتعرف على أهم إجراءات الأمن والسلامة المدرسية بمدارس التعليم العام، إضافة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في الحفاظ على السلامة في بيئة المدرسة. وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن السلامة المدرسية وبرامجها وتفعيل دور الإدارة المدرسية، بحاجة ماسة لرؤى وبرامج وخطط؛ لرفع الجاهزية في مجال الأمن والسلامة والحفاظ على الأرواح والممتلكات داخل المدرسة؛ وتكوين فريق خاص بالسلامة المدرسية وتدريبهم؛ من أجل تحسين أدائهم وتطوير قدراتهم سواء أكان في مجال الإطفاء والإخلاء أم في مجال الصحة المدرسية والإسعافات الأولية أم في مجال السلامة في المختبرات والتعامل مع العوادم والغازات الكيميائية والفيزيائية، والتي اتضحت أهميتها من خلال الإطار النظري ونتائج الدراسة الميدانية التي تم التعرف من خلالها على واقع دور الإدارة المدرسية في الأمن والسلامة في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة أسيوط؛ مما مكن الباحث في وضع تصور مقترح؛ لتفعيل السلامة المدرسية في مدارس التعليم العام. ويهدف هذا التصور المقترح إلى ما يلي: 1-تحديد رؤية مستقبلية تساعد إدارة مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة أسيوط على تحقيق أهداف الإدارة المدرسية في مواجهة المخاطر والكوارث التي قد تهدد الأمن والسلامة المدرسية. 2-إيجاد أساليب فعالة؛ لمواجهة المخاطر والكوارث داخل المدرسة. ٣-التزام جميع العاملين في فريق السلامة والمعلمين والطلبة بالتعليمات والإجراءات لمواجهة المخاطر والأزمات داخل المدرسة. 4-وضع قنوات اتصال وتواصل وتعاون بين جميع العاملين في المدرسة والطلبة فيما يخدم مواجهة المخاطر والحفاظ على السلامة المدرسية. ٥-المساهمة في اتخاذ قرارات سريعة وفعالة تساعد في مواجهة المخاطر والكوارث.
The current study has aimed at identifying the reality of school safety at general education schools in Assiut governorate; recognizing the most important school safety measures in general education schools and identifying the role of the school administration in maintaining safety at school environment. The study came down to a number of results, the most important of which are: school safety and its programs besides to the activation of the role of school administration are in need of visions, programs and plans to raise the readiness in the field of security and safety and the preservation of life and property within the school; and the formation of a special team for school safety and training this team embers to improve their performance and develop their capabilities whether at Fire evacuation, or the field of school health and first aid or at the field of laboratory safety and dealing with exhausts as well as chemical and physical gases. Its importance was clear through the theoretical framework and the results of the field study through which the reality of the role of school administration in security and safety in public education schools in Assiut governorate was identified to enable the researcher to develop a suggested proposal for activating school safety at general education schools. This suggested proposal has aimed at: Defining a prospective vision which enable the General Education Schools administration in Assiut Governorate to achieve the objectives of the school administration in facing the risks and disasters that may threaten school security and safety. -Finding effective methods to address the risks and disasters within the school. -Commitment of all employees at the safety team, teachers and students to instructions and procedures to address the risks and crises within the school. -Establishing channels of communication, contact and cooperation between all employees in the school and students in order to meet the risks and maintain school safety. -Contributing to the adoption of quick and effective decisions to help in addressing the risks and disasters.
