المستخلص: يظهر الوضع الراهن قصور في الأداء المهني في جميع القطاعات والمجالات مما يتسبب عنه الكثير من المشكلات والتحديات التي تواجه التنمية المستدامة، ومن ثم تتضح الحاجة على توطيد الثقافة المهنية في كافة المجالات ورفع مستوى الوعي المهني وعلاقته بالتفضيل المهني لدى طلاب الجامعة لمواكبة مستجدات العصر ومتطلبات التنمية البشرية وتطورات سوق العمل. وهدفت الدراسة الحالية تعرف العلاقة بين مستوى الوعي المهني والتفضيل المهني. وأجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (250) طالبا وطالبة من كلية التربية النوعية من مختلف التخصصات بجامعة المنيا خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي 2016/2017م، وتمثلت أداتا الدراسة في مقياسين للوعي المهني والتفضيل المهني. وأظهرت النتائج إلى ارتفاع مستوى الوعي المهني والتفضيل المهني لدى عينة الدراسة من طلاب كلية التربية النوعية بجامعة المنيا؛ ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين مستوى الوعي المهني والتفضيل المهني، بينما لم توجد فروق بين الطلاب والطالبات في التفضيل المهني.

The current Status shows a lack of professional performance in all sectors and areas, causing him a lot of problems and challenges of sustainable development and then clear the need to consolidate professional culture in all areas and raise the level of professional awareness and its relation to occupational preference to the students of the College education quality Minia University to keep up with developments of the times and the requirements of human development and labor market developments. The aim of the present study defined the relationship between the level of professional awareness and professional preference among a sample of students of the Faculty of Specific Education Minia University, and gender differences in the level of professional awareness and professional preference. The current study was conducted on a sample of (250) students from the College of the quality of the various disciplines of Education at the University of Minia during the first semester of the academic year 2016/2017 m. The study consisted tools in the two measures for professional awareness and professional preference to students of the Faculty of Specific Education Minia University. The results showed a high level of professional awareness and professional preference among a sample study of students of the Faculty of Specific Education Minia University, the existence of a correlation between the level of professional awareness and professional preference for the study sample; and the presence of a statistically significant difference between male and female students in the level of professional awareness for the benefit of the students at (0:01), and the lack of a statistically significant difference between male and female students in vocational preference.
