تناول هذا البحث المسئولية الأخلاقية وأثرها في السلوك مستهدفا التعرف على معالم فلسفة المسئولية الأخلاقية من حيث مفهومها وشروطها ومجالتها ثم تبين أثرها في السلوك وكذا التعرف على أهم الأسس التي تستند إليها تنمية المسئولية الأخلاقية لدي الأفراد واستخدم الباحث المدخل التحليلي كأحد تقنيات المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملاءمته لموضوع البحث وانتهي البحث إلى أن الوضع الراهن ينبأ عن وجود أزمة أخلاقية تمثلت في تدهور القيم وانحلال في الأخلاق وسيادة القيم المادية والنفعية والمصالح الشخصية في حياة الناس وضعف القدرة علي تحمل المسئولية الأخلاقية مما يقتضي ضرورة إعادة النظر في تربيتنا لأبنائنا وتنمية الشعور لديهم بالمسئولية الأخلاقية وتمكينهم من القدرة على تحملها وذلك بمشاركة كافة المؤسسات والوسائط والجماعات التربوية ومن خلال مجموعة من الوسائل والأساليب يأتي في مقدمتها الممارسة والعمل والقدوة.
This research dealt with moral responsibility and its impact on behavior, aiming to identify the characteristics of the philosophy of moral responsibility in terms of its concept, conditions and scope, and then its impact on behavior, as well as identifying the most important foundations on which the development of moral responsibility in individuals. The researcher used the analytical approach as one of the techniques of the descriptive approach due to its relevance to the subject of the research. The end of the incident indicates that the current situation is the result of a moral crisis characterized by the deterioration of values, the deterioration of morals, the rule of material values, the positive and personal interests in people's lives, and the weakness of the ability to assume moral responsibility. This necessitates reconsidering our education to our children and developing their sense of moral responsibility. With the participation of all institutions, media and educational groups and through a variety of means and methods comes at the forefront of practice, work and example.
