|a الاستلزام الحواري من المقولات التداولية، ذات النفع الكبير على المتواصلين في العملية الكلامية، وتأتي أهميتها من توظيفها لتقنية الأضمار في الخطاب، بعيدا عن التصريح، والمباشرة، والخدش، ولعل هذه التقنية هي الأصلح في الخطاب السياسي؛ ولاسيما في بيئة البحث الشعر السياسي الأموي؛ لوعورة مفاصله، وحساسية مواقفه، ولا يمكن بلوغ الدلالات، واستكناه المقاصد مع تقنية الأضمار إلا من خلال الاستعانة بمنهج تحليل الخطاب ومعرفة ظروف الخطاب ومناسبته، فهي ألصق بالاستعمال الدلالي للألفاظ منه إلى الاستعمال التركيبي.

|b Sometimes, What might be the social, Political, or religious reasons prevent the exact meaning to be attached compositionally but only be attained through discourse analysis and the occasion of presentation. However, the main phenomena of the semantic use of speech those which are called the necessary operative discourse, the implied statements, and the Verbal acts. Accordingly, the recent study is interested only with first phenomenon of the operative discourse as kind of semantic speech which involves the harmony of the components of text and its function. Additionally , it is one of the concepts underlying the semantic approach where Grice had the great merit in detected it on parliamentary scene by stressing on the need for the indication and interstation of terms that cannot be confined to the formal image only if it is taken into account the conditions and occasions where completed . Hence, semantically, it makes the audience be intending more that saying oppositely of what it is said. So that, it seeks on the intents and meaning behind the evident statements
