يسعى هذا البحث بصفة أساسية إلى تحصين مستوى أداء الجامعات المصرية من خلال الاستفادة من عناصر رأس المال الفكري (رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكلي، رأس مال العملاء)، لذا تم التقصي والتحليل لاستكشاف طبيعة العلاقة بين عناصر رأس المال الفكري ومستوى أداء الجامعات المصرية (جامعة القاهرة، جامعة المنوفية، جامعة ٦ أكتوبر)، وكذلك تحديد مدى تأثير عناصر رأس المال الفكري على مستوى أداء الجامعات (جودة الخريج، المساهمة في البحث العلمي، المساهمة في خدمة المجتمع والبيئة). ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم قائمة استقصاء وزعت على القيادات الجامعية الأكاديمية (رئيس جامعة / النواب/ عمداء/ وكلاء الكلية) وقد بلغ عدد المستقصي منهم 96، وتم تحليل البيانات الأولية باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين كافـة عناصر رأس المال الفكري ومستوى أداء الجامعات، وأن رأس المال البشرى هو أكثر عناصر رأس المال الفكري تأثيرا في مستوى أداء الجامعات بأبعاده (مستوى جودة الخريج، المساهمة في البحث العلمي، خدمة المجتمع والبيئة) يليه رأس المال الهيكلي وأخيرا رأس مال العملاء.
This research aims mainly at improving the performance of Egyptian universities by benefiting from the elements of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, and client capital). Therefore, research and analysis were conducted to explore the nature of the relationship between the elements of intellectual capital and the level of performance of Egyptian universities Cairo University, Menoufiya University, 6th October University), as well as determining the impact of intellectual capital elements on the performance of Egyptian universities (quality of graduates, contribution to scientific research, contribution to community service and the environment). To achieve this goal has been questionnaires designed and distributed to academic university leaders (University President/Vice -Presidents /Deans/Vice- Deans) has a number investigator of them was 96, were analyzed Primary data using the program Statistical analysis SPSS, the results reached a positive relationship between all elements of intellectual capital and the level of performance of the Egyptian universities under study, and that human capital is the most influential elements of intellectual capital at the level The performance of universities in the three stages (quality of graduate, contribution to scientific research, community service and the environment), structural capital and finally the capital of clients.
