المستخلص: يعد رأس المال الفكري من أهم الموارد التي تمتلكها الجامعات، والتي تفوق رأس المال المادي، وازدادت أهمية رأس المال الفكري في العصر الحاضر بسبب التحول العالمي نحو اقتصاد المعرفة، حيث أصبحت المعرفة وما تنتجه من تطبيقات عملية هي المورد الأكثر أهمية في اقتصاديات الدول على مستوى العالم، في ظل التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي السريع، وقد اعتمدت مشكلة الدراسة الحالية على نتائج بعض الدراسات السابقة التي أكدت على ضعف واقع الجامعات المصرية في إدارة واستثمار رأس المال الفكري وضعف القدرة التنافسية للجامعات وفقا للتصنيفات الأكاديمية الدولية، لذا هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى وضع تصور مقترح لاستثمار رأس المال الفكري في الجامعات المصرية في ظل التحول العالمي نحو اقتصاد المعرفة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتضمنت الدراسة عدة خطوات شملت الإطار النظري للبحث والذى تناول الإطار النظري والمفاهيمى لرأس المال الفكري وخصائصه ومكوناته وأهميته، ومتطلبات استثماره في التعليم الجامعي، وكذلك الإطار النظري والمفاهيمى لاقتصاد المعرفة وفوائد التحول من الاقتصاد التقليدي إلى اقتصاد المعرفة ومؤشرات قياسه، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن استثمار رأس المال الفكري يتطلب المسئولية المشتركة بين القطاع الحكومي، ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، وأن نشر المعرفة في الأوساط التعليمية يلعب دورا مهما في تنمية رأس المال الفكري، وقدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا لاستثمار رأس المال الفكري في الجامعات المصرية وفقا لعدد من المحاور الأساسية المرتبطة بمكونات رأس المال الفكري وهى رأس المال البشرى ورأس المال التنظيمي المال العلاقاتي

Intellectual capital is one of the most important resources owned by universities, which exceeds physical capital. the importance of intellectual capital has increased in the present era due to the global shift towards a knowledge economy, where knowledge and its practical applications have become the most important resource in the economies of countries worldwide in light of the rapid scientific and technological development. The current study problem relied on the results of some previous studies that emphasized the weakness of the Ability of Egyptian universities in managing and investing intellectual capital and the weak competitiveness of universities in accordance with international academic classifications, so the current study aimed to develop a proposed vision for investing intellectual capital in Egyptian universities in light of The global shift towards a knowledge economy . the current study aimed to develop A Suggested Perspective for investing intellectual capital in Egyptian universities in light of the global shift towards a knowledge economy, Using the descriptive approach, the study included several steps that included the theoretical framework for research, which dealt with the theoretical and conceptual framework of intellectual capital, its characteristics, components, importance, and the requirements of its investment in university education, As well as the theoretical and conceptual framework for the knowledge economy and the benefits of the transformation from the traditional to the knowledge economy, and indicators for its measurement, The results of the study indicated that investing intellectual capital requires joint responsibility between the government sector and civil society institutions. and Spreading knowledge in educational circles plays an important role in developing intellectual capital , The study was provided a proposed concept for investing intellectual capital in Egyptian universities according to a number of basic axes associated with the components of intellectual capital, which are human capital, organizational capital, and relationship capital
