المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء اختبار تشخيصي مرجعي المحك لقياس الكفايات في الإحصاء التربوي لطالبات الدراسات العليا بجامعة أم القرى، واستخدام هذا الاختبار للتعرف على مدى تمكن طالبات الدراسات العليا من هذه الكفايات، وتم إجراء الدراسة على عينة من طالبات الدراسات العليا بمرحلتي الماجستير والدكتوراه بكلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي (١٤٣٧ ١٤٣٨ ه) اللاتي بلغ عددهن (٨٣) طالبة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة قامت الباحثة ببناء اختبار تشخيصي مرجعي المحك لقياس تمكن الطالبات من الكفايات في الإحصاء التربوي مرورا بثلاث مراحل هي (مرحلة التحليل - مرحلة البناء- مرحلة التجريب)، وتوصلت إلى أن الاختبار الذي تم بناؤه في هذه الدراسة يتميز بتوافر خصائص الاختبار الجيد، فهو يتمتع بدلالات صدق وثبات جيدة. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة انخفاضا واضحا في مدى تمكن طالبات الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى من الكفايات في الإحصاء التربوي سواء في نتائج الاختبار الكلي أو في نتائج الكفايات الفرعية، حيث كانت نسبة المتمكنات من الاختبار الكلي (٣٧ %). ومن أهم ما توصي به الدراسة هو استخدام الاختبار الذي تم بناؤه لتشخيص مدى تمكن الطالبات من الكفايات في الإحصاء التربوي، كما توصي بالتركيز على الجوانب التطبيقية عند تقديم المفاهيم الإحصائية، وعقد دورات تدريبية لطالبات الدراسات العليا عن كيفية استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية في البحوث التربوية. كما تقترح الباحثة إجراء دراسة للتعرف على أسباب تدني مستوى الطالبات في الكفايات في الإحصاء التربوي بشكل عام سواء في جامعة أم القرى أو الجامعات السعودية الأخرى.

Construction of a Criterion Referenced Test to measure the competencies in Educational Statistics for post graduate female students at the University of Umm Al-Qura This study aimed to build a Criterion Referenced Test to measure the competencies in Educational Statistics for post graduate female students at the University of Umm Al-Qura, the use of this test to identify the master to which post graduate female students from these skills, study was conducted on a sample of graduate students enrollment at master's and doctorate at the Faculty of Education at the University Umm A1 Qura in the first semester of the academic year (1437-1438h) who was their number (83) students. The study was based on a descriptive method. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher developed a Criterion Referenced Test to measure enables students of competencies in Educational Statistics passing through three phases (analysis phase - phase Construction -the stage of experimentation), the researcher found that the test, which was built in this study boasts an availability of properties good test, which has connotations good validity and constancy , as it has the characteristics of a good items, as study results showed a clear decline in the extent to which graduate students at the Faculty of Education at the University of Umm Al-Qura of competencies in educational Statistics either in total or test results in sub-competencies, where she was empowered percentage of the overall results of the test (37 %). Based on the above results, the researcher recommends using a test that has been Construction in this study to diagnose the extent to which students competencies in Educational Statistics, also recommends focusing on the practical aspects when submitting statistical concepts, holding training courses for post graduate female students on how to use statistical methods in educational research. The researcher also proposes to conduct a study to identify the reasons for the low level of female students in competencies in Educational Statistics in general, whether in Umm A1 Qura University or other Saudi universities.
