هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مدي فاعلية أسلوب إعادة الهندسة الإدارية كمدخل لتطوير كلية التربية بجامعة مصراته، من خلال الإجابة على تساؤل ما فاعلية تطبيق مدخل إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في تطوير كلية التربية بجامعة مصراته من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بها من خلال محاور ثلاث هي: الجانب التنظيمي، الجانب البشري، الجانب التقني؟ وقد استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وهي مكونة من ثلاث محاور، تحتوي في مجملها على (31) عبارة، وزعت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة مصراته، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره المنهج الملائم للبحث الحالي، توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1-أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تقييم أعضاء هيأة التدريس لفاعلية تطبيق مدخل إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية بكلية التربية بجامعة مصراته كانت مرتفعة فيما يتعلق بالجانب التنظيمي. 2-أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تقييم أعضاء هيأة التدريس لفاعلية تطبيق مدخل إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية بكلية التربية بجامعة مصراته كانت مرتفعة فيما يتعلق بالجانب البشري. 3-أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تقييم أعضاء هيأة التدريس لفاعلية تطبيق مدخل إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية بكلية التربية بجامعة مصراته كانت مرتفعة فيما يتعلق بالجانب التقني.
The objective of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of administrative re-engineering as an input to the development of the Faculty of Education at Misurata University, By answering the question of the effectiveness of the application of administrative processes re-engineering the entrance to the development of the Faculty of Education at the University of Misurata from the viewpoint of faculty members through three axes: the organizational side, the human side, the technical side? The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which is composed of three axes, containing in its entirety on (31) question, distributed on a simple random sample of members of the board of Faculty of Education Misratah University, and based on the descriptive and analytical approach as an appropriate approach to the current research, The most important research results are: 1- The results showed that the degree of evaluation of the board members of the teaching of the effectiveness of the application of administrative re-engineering processes at the Faculty of Education at the University of Misurata entrance was high in relation to the organizational side. 2- The results showed that the degree of evaluation of faculty members for the effectiveness of the application of re-engineering administrative processes at the Faculty of Education at the University of Misurata was high in relation to the human side. 3- The results showed that the degree of evaluation of faculty members for the effectiveness of the application of re-engineering administrative processes at the Faculty of Education at the University of Misurata was high in relation to the technical side.
