The linguistic phenomena in the Arabic language are many and varied. There are words, the last of which is set by a sign that is not described as a sign of “Declension” or a sign of “Non Declension”. Rather, it is a outward image adjustment intended to match the word before or after it, like a sign with a virtual match, which came solely due to the similarity between adjusting this word and setting another word before or after it. The scholars of grammar know this as (al-ittiba al-haraki) or harakah (vowel marks) resulting from what is known as the occasion. This diversity of harakat (vowel marks) is one of the characteristics of the Arabic language, and the one who follows these movements finds it scattered in the books of the scholars of grammar, between those who explain it, those who support it and those who oppose it. These harakat include:
Harakah (vowel mark) of the proper, single noun (in the vocative voice) that is “mausoof – described noun” of (Ibn) which is annexed (muzaf) to a proper noun.
Harakah (vowel mark) of “sifat” of the singular noun (in the vocative voice) whether the “sifat” comes with “al” and is annexed (muzaf) as an indefinite annexation (izafah mahza)
Harakah (vowel mark) of the singular noun (in the vocative voice) when repeated and second word is added.
Harakah (vowel mark) of the noun (in the vocative voice) and the locally allocated with (al) and preceded by articles of Ayy – Ayah (أي – أية)
Harakat (vowel mark) which are not characterized with (Declension) nor with (Non-Declension) include (harakah al-atbaa) with the fatha of Hamza, (harakat al-mujawirah), harakat al-munsabah) in the annexed with (ي of speaker), and in the sentence of distress when the “lam” of “istigatha” is removed, and the “fathah” that annexes the last letter of (munada mandoob).
