تركز هذه الدراسة على سبر أغوار تجربة النهضة التركية الحديثة من خلال قراءة في استراتيجية إعادة تأهيل مصادر القوة، وكيف أسهمت إعادة التأهيل هذه في تحقيق نتائج إيجابية خدمت مسيرة التنمية الاقتصادية في الدولة التركية الحديثة. وقد شملت إعادة التأهيل الجانب الاقتصادي من خال إعادة هيكلة اقتصاد الدولة (Restructuring of the Economy) حيث اعتمدت صياغة جديدة لقوانين الاستثمار، وسياسات التجارة وقوانين الصفقات، كما شملت هذه الاستراتيجية إعادة تأهيل قطاع الطاقة، ومراجعة السياسات الخارجية، فيما حظيت المنظومة العسكرية التركية باهتمام كبير من خلال سياسات تطويرية لقطاع التصنيع العسكري، وتحديث المنظومات الدفاعية والاستخباراتية والأمنية. شكلت إعادة تأهيل هذه القطاعات دفعة قوية لاقتصاد التركي، وأسهمت في تحقيق الطموحات التركية على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.
This study focuses on exploring the experience of the modern Turkish Renaissance through a reading in the strategy of the rehabilitation of sources of power, and how this rehabilitation contributed to the achievement of positive results served the process of economic development in the modern Turkish state. The rehabilitation included the economic aspect through the restructuring of the state economy (Restructuring of the Economy), where a new formulation of investment laws, trade policies and transaction laws was adopted. This strategy also included the rehabilitation of the energy sector and the review of foreign policies, while the r’ Turkish military system received great attention. Through development policies for the military manufacturing sector, modernization of defense, intelligence and security systems. The rehabilitation of these sectors has been a major boost to the Turkish economy, paving the way for a period of economic growth that has reflected on Turkey's internal and external situation and contributed to the realization of Turkey's ambitions at the regional and international levels.
