هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على البنية العاملية المميزة للعلاقة بين مكونات الإبداع الوجداني ومكونات التمكين النفسي لدى المراهقين المصريين المقيمين بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (193) من المراهقين المصريين (89) ذكور، (104) إناث، واستخدمت مقياس التمكين النفسي من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس الإبداع الوجداني من إعداد أفريل 1999 تعريب الباحثة، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين التمكين النفسي بجميع أبعاده وبين جميع أبعاد الإبداع الوجداني والدرجة الكلية، ما عدا بعد الاستعداد لم يكن له علاقة بجميع أبعاد التمكين النفسي والدرجة الكلية، كما تبين وجود بينة عاملية تجمع مكونات التمكين النفسي ومكونات الإبداع الوجداني في عامل واحد، كذلك وجود فروق بين الطلاب والطالبات في كل من: الجدة، الفاعلية، الأصالة، والدرجة الكلية للإبداع الوجداني لصالح الإناث، بينما لا توجد فروق بينهما في متوسط درجات بعد الاستعداد، وجود فروق بين التخصصين العلمي والأدبي في متوسط درجات كل من: الجدة، الفاعلية، الأصالة، والدرجة الكلية للإبداع الوجداني لصالح التخصص الأدبي، بينما لا توجد فرق بينهما في متوسط درجات بعد الاستعداد، التمكين النفسي وأبعاده، ووجود فروق في متوسط كل من الجدة، والفاعلية، والأصالة، والدرجة الكلية للإبداع الوجداني بين الطلبة الذين قضوا مدة إقامة بالسعودية أقل من 5 سنوات وكل من الذين قضوا مدة إقامة من 6-8 سنوات، والذين قضوا مدة إقامة أكثر من 9 سنوات كانت الفروق في اتجاه الذين قضوا أكثر من 9 سنوات يليهم الذين قضوا من 6-8 سنوات ثم الذين قضوا أقل من 5 سنوات بالمملكة، كما تبين إمكانية التنبؤ بالإبداع الوجداني من مستوى التمكين النفسي.
This study aimed to identify the distinguished factorial structure of the relationship between the components of emotional creativity and components of psychological empowerment for Egyptian adolescents living in Saudi Arabia. The study sample consisted of 193 Egyptian adolescents: (89) males, (104) females. A measure of psychological empowerment was used by the researcher and a measure of emotional creativity prepared by Avril 1999. The results found out a positive relationship between psychological empowerment and all its dimensions and between all dimensions of emotional creativity and the total degree, except the preparedness, which was not related to all psychological empowerment dimensions and the total degree. There is a factorial structure combines psychological empowerment and emotional creativity in one factor. There are differences between male and female students in the mean scores of: novelty, effectiveness, authenticity and the total degree of emotional creativity. The differences were in favor of females. While there are no differences between them in the mean scores of preparedness. There are differences between scientific and literary specialization in the mean scores of: novelty, effectiveness, authenticity, and the total degree of emotional creativity in favor of literary specialization, while there is no difference between them in the mean scores of preparedness, psychological empowerment and its dimensions. There are differences in the mean scores of: novelty, effectiveness, authenticity and the total degree of emotional creativity among students who have spent a stay in Saudi Arabia for less than 5 years and all those who have spent a stay of 6-8 years, and who have spent more than 9 years. The differences were in the direction of Adolescent who spent more than 9 years follow them who have spent 6-8 years according, then Adolescent who live less than 5 years. There is also a possibility of predicting emotional creativity from the level of the Psychological empowerment.
