تعتبر إدارة المعرفة في الوقت الراهن من أهم المستحدثات الفكرية التي تعتمد عليها تكنولوجيا التعليم في تنمية جميع جوانب التعلم لجميع فئات المجتمع، كما أنها لديها العديد من الأدوات والأنماط التي إذا أحسن توظفيها في العملية التعليمية ستحقق فوائد متعددة لمخرجات التعليم الجامعي وسوق العمل، وبالرغم من قلة الدراسات في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم التي اهتمت بإدارة المعرفة وما تعتمد عليه من أنماط متعددة، إلا أن معظم الدراسات السابقة دعت إلى ضرورة إجراء مزيد من البحوث حول إدارة المعرفة وأنماطها المختلفة وأثر كل نمط على جميع عناصر العملية التعليمية. وسعى البحث إلى اختبار فاعلية أنماط إدارة المعرفة في منصة تدريب رقمي في تنمية مهارات ذكاء الاتصال اللغوي؛ ومدى رضا الطلاب نحو نمطي إدارة المعرفة، واشتملت عينة البحث على عدد (١٤) طالب وطالبة من كلية التربية النوعية بجامعة المنصورة وفرعها ميت غمر، وتم تقسيم عينة البحث إلى مجموعتين تجريبيتين (نمط العصف الذهني، نمط مجتمع الممارسة)، وتم تصميم اختبار لقياس تحصيل الطلاب للنواحي المعرفية الخاصة بمهارات ذكاء الاتصال اللغوي، ومقياس وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات ذكاء الاتصال اللغوي لقياس مدى تمكن عينة البحث من تلك المهارات، بالإضافة إلى تصميم مقياس رضا لقياس مدى رضا عينة البحث نحو نمط إدارة المعرفة المستخدم في منصة التدريب الرقمي. واتبع البحث مجموعة من الإجراءات التي تضمن تصميما تعليميا جيدا لمنصة التدريب الرقمي المقدمة بنمطي إدارة المعرفة، وأظهرت النتائج فاعلية نمطي إدارة المعرفة على متغيرات البحث بوجه عام؛ ونمط العصف الذهني لإدارة المعرفة على متغيرات البحث بوجه خاص، حيث كان هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المجموعتين التجريبيتين في القياس القبلي/البعدي لاختبار التحصيل؛ والذي يؤكد على أن الطلاب يكتسبوا المعارف والمعلومات من منصات التدريب الرقمي بنمطي إدارة المعرفة العصف الذهني ومجتمع الممارسة، إلا أن نتائج المجموعة التجريبية (أ) التي طبق عليها المعالجة التجريبية نمط العصف الذهني كانت أعلى نسبيا عن المجموعة التجريبية الثانية (ب) التي طبق عليها المعالجة التجريبية نمط مجتمعات الممارسة، بينما جاءت نتائج مقياس مهارات ذكاء الاتصال اللغوي مختلفة عن نتائج الاختبار التحصيلي حيث أن نتائج المجموعة التجريبية (أ) التي طبق معها المعالجة التجريبية نمط العصف الذهني كانت أعلى كثيرا عن نتائج المجموعة التجريبية الثانية (ب) التي طبق عليها المعالجة التجريبية نمط مجتمعات الممارسة، وتلك النتائج تؤكد مدى تأثير نمط العصف الذهني في تنمية المهارات بشكل عام وتنمية مهارات ذكاء الاتصال اللغوي بشكل خاص، بينما جاءت نتائج المجموعتين التجريبيتين الخاصة بمقياس الرضا نحو نمط إدارة المعرفة غير متسقة بشكل كامل مع نتائج مقياس وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات ذكاء الاتصال اللغوي، حيث كان هناك رضا قريب نسبيا بين المجموعتين التجريبيتين نحو نمطي إدارة المعرفة، وأوصى البحث بأهمية أنماط إدارة المعرفة وخاصة نمط العصف الذهني لما له من تأثير قوي في نقل المعلومات والمعارف وتنمية المهارات مع ضرورة إجراء مزيد من البحوث الخاصة بها.
Knowledge management is currently one of the most important intellectual innovations on which instruction technology depends for the development of all aspects of learning for all segments of society. It also has many tools and techniques that, if they are well employed in the educational process, this will bring multiple benefits to the outputs of university education and the labor market. In spite of the lack of studies in the field of educational technology, which focused on the management of knowledge and its dependence on multiple techniques, but most of the previous studies called for the need for more research on knowledge management and its different techniques and the impact of each technique on all the elements of the educational process. The research sought to test the techniques effectiveness of knowledge management in a digital training Platform for the development of linguistic communication intelligence skills; and the degree of satisfaction of students towards the techniques of knowledge management, and the sample of the research included (14) students from the Faculty of Specific Education at Mansoura University and its branch in Mit Ghamr, The research sample was divided into two experimental groups (brainstorming technique, practice community technique), a test was designed to measure students' achievement of the cognitive aspects of linguistic communication intelligence skills, and a linguistic communication intelligence skills scale and note card to measure the ability of the research sample of those skills. As well as, a satisfaction scale is designed to measure the satisfaction of the research sample towards the used technique of knowledge management in the digital training Platform. The research has followed a set of procedures to ensure a good instructional design of the digital training platform provided by knowledge management technique, The results has showed the effectiveness of knowledge management technique on the research variables in general; There were statistically significant differences between the two experimental groups in the pre / post measurement of the Achievement Test, which confirms that students acquire knowledge and information from digital training platforms of knowledge management technique : brainstorming and the practice community, However, the results of the experimental group (A) to which the experimental treatment applied the brainstorming pattern were relatively higher than the second experimental group (B) with which the experimental treatment applied the technique of communities of practice. While the results of the linguistic communication intelligence scale are different from the results of the achievement test, where the results of the experimental group (A) with which the experimental treatment applied the brainstorming technique were significantly higher than the results of the second experimental group (B) on which the experimental treatment applied the technique of communities of practice. These results confirm the impact of brainstorming technique on the development of skills in general and the development of linguistic communication intelligence skills in particular. While the results of the two groups of satisfaction scale towards the knowledge management technique were not fully consistent with those of the linguistic communication intelligence skills scale and note card, there was a relatively close satisfaction between the two experimental groups towards the knowledge management technique. The research recommended the importance of knowledge management techniques, especially brainstorming technique because of its strong impact on the transfer of information and knowledge and the development of skills with the need for further research.
