|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى معلمات المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الرس، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في مستويات الاحتراق الوظيفي لديهن تبعا لمتغير التخصص والخبرة والتعرف على أبرز معوقات الاحتراق الوظيفي، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الاستبانة في جمع المعلومات، وبلغ عدد العينة 179 معلمة، ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها: مستوى الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى معلمات المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الرس جاء بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فيما يتعلق في بعدي (الإجهاد الانفعالي، تبلد المشاعر( ترجع لصالح التخصصات العلمية، بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاحتراق الوظيفي فيما يتعلق بتدني الشعور بالإنجاز ترجع لاختلاف التخصص والخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام بالمعلمات، وعقد برامج تدريبية وتثقيفية لهن، ومراعاة العدل في توزيع المهام..

|f This study aims to reveal the level of functional combustion among secondary school teachers in Ar-Rass province, and to detect differences of statistical significance in their functional combustion levels depending on the variable specialization and experience, and identify the most prominent obstacles to functional combustion. The study used the descriptive survey method and employed the questionnaire to collect information. The number of the sample reached 179 teachers (female). The most important results showed that the level of functional combustion among secondary school teachers (female) in the province of Ar-Rass reached an average degree. There are statistically significant differences in relation to the dimensions (stress-strain and emotional blunting) attributable to scientific disciplines. At the same time, there are no statistically significant differences in functional combustion with regard to a low sense of achievement due to different specialization and experience. The study recommended paying attention to female teachers, holding training and educational programs for them, and considering the principle of justice while distributing tasks.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020
