It must be recognized that 21st century education is the cornerstone of competitiveness. Core transformations in the economy require creative policies to create a link between education and competitiveness. The 21st century education system is the central challenge to building countries' competitiveness. As the various areas within the framework of quality education are not far from these global changes, it is now a civilized duty to overcome all these variables from a contemporary perspective; The philosophy of establishing specialized colleges in various Fields of qualitative education to achieve the foundations of excellence education, which depends on the ability to creative thinking and creative Communication and awareness of technology arid active and equal interaction with the environment. And taste and understanding of the values of art and beauty and methods of expression reflected by the qualitative areas, which reflects positively on moral values and contribute to self-development and community development. In light of economic needs, internal social pressures and international competition, countries should seek to improve the efficiency of their university education system and the prospects for its reform and structure. All this calls for attention to the qualitative skills of quality education. This requires the preparation and continuous professional development of the quality teacher within the framework of a new philosophy of education and training, to create free minds with creative creativity and innovation. The proper professional orientation of the individual is not sufficient to distinguish him in his profession, but his skills must be constantly developed to meet the needs of the labor market and to bridge the gap between the outputs of the educational process and the labor market. The acquisition and development of competitiveness is a strategic objective that enterprises seek to achieve in the face of the severe competitive challenges of a knowledge-based global economy. With the fallout of globalization and the internationalization of education and the knowledge economy, universities are facing a new challenge that demands them to improve the quality of their academic activities compared to their counterparts worldwide. Especially after the emergence of the rankings of international universities and imposed on each university to work on the formulation of, competitive strategies to build and sustain a competitive advantage. Hence, the. present paper presents a future vision for the development of quality education in Egypt in the light of the contemporary challenges, which can benefit the faculties of specific education to develop their programs. This paper included the following three axes: The first axis: qualitative education in Egypt (conceptual framework), in which the researcher discussed the concept of qualitative education, its importance, its main characteristics, and the justification for the development of quality education in Egypt. The second axis: the contemporary challenges of university education in general and qualitative education in particular, in which the researcher dealt with external challenges, internal facing university education. The third axis: A proposed vision for the development of qualitative education in Egypt in the light of contemporary challenges. The researcher defined its principles, objectives, stages and mechanisms of implementation, and the most important obstacles and how to overcome them.
