|a زاوية تنلان بمنطقة توات هي نموذج للزوايا في هذه المنطقة، والتي كانت تنشأ وتسير عن طريق الوقف، لتؤكد ارتباطها بمفهومه، وكانت ولايزال البعض منها، يقوم بأدوار اجتماعية عديدة، أهمها: إيواء وإطعام أبناء السبيل، إذ إن مسمى الزاوية ينطلق من هذا المفهوم، إضافة إلى قيام الزاوية بمهمة التعليم والإصلاح بين الناس وغيرها من المهام الاجتماعية. إن وقف زاوية تنلان مخلد في وثيقة وقفية موجودة عند حفدة الواقف سيدي أحمد بن يوسف، وهذه الوثيقة تبين كثيرا من تفصيلات ذلك الوقف، كبيان أركانه وخصوصا منها محل الوقف، والجهة الموقوف عليها، كما تتضمن اشتراطات الواقف التي اشترطها لتسيير ذلك الوقف. لقد حدث نزاع بين حفدة الواقف حول طبيعة الوقف، ومضمونه، وبعض ما جاء في اشتراطات واقفه، غير أن ذلك النزاع لا يعدم حلا في أحكام الفقه الإسلامي وقانون الأوقاف الجزائري إذا توفرت الإرادة الواعية لدى من لهم صلة به من حفدة الواقف والسلطة المكلفة بالأوقاف.
