|a يتناول هذا المقال التحديات التي تواجه إدارة الموارد البشرية في جامعة الكويت، في ظل إثارة جملة من القضايا المعرفية والتطبيقية حول تطور وظيفة الموارد البشرية، حيث تعددت التحديات والمتغيرات العالمية مع بداية القرن الحادي والعشرين، والتي انعكست آثارها علي كل مناحي الحياة، وفي كل المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، حيث شهد العالم ثورة معرفية ومعلوماتية أدت إلي اختصار المسافات، وترتب عليها ثورة علمية وتكنولوجية جديدة نتج عنها تطور واضح في وسائل الاتصال، مما أدي إلي صهر الزمان والمكان في كل ركن من أرجاء الأرض، وهذه التحديات فرضت علي مؤسسات التعليم بصفة عامة والتعليم العالي والجامعي بصفة خاصة، أن تعيد النظر في فلسفتها وبرامجها وإدارتها وتنظيماتها لتحقيق المطالب التي تمليها عليها التنمية في شكلها الجديد وإعادة النظر للإدارة الموارد البشرية في الجامعة، في ضوء عمليات التأثير والتأثر.

|b This article discusses the challenges facing human resources management at Kuwait University, in light of the raising of a number of cognitive and applied issues on the development of the human resources function, where the challenges and global variables have multiplied at the beginning of the twenty-first century, which have affected all aspects of life and in all political fields. Economic and social, where the world witnessed a knowledge and information revolution led to shortening distances, and resulted in a new scientific and technological revolution resulting in a clear development in the means of communication, which led to melting time and space in every comer of the earth. Institutions of higher education in general and university education in particular, to reconsider its philosophy, programs, management and their organizations to achieve the demands dictated by the development of the new format and review of human resources management at the university, in light of the impact and vulnerability operations.
