Praise be to Allah and prayers to his Prophet Mohammed and his Household. The Muslims considered the sayings and acts of the Prophet Mohammed during his time concerning his worship, prayers and fasting. They sought to follow his steps and resort to him in every way to correct their lives. There was no variation in the rules during the prophet's time and there was only one form of each rule. The study was challenged by some difficulties in research since this study is based on comparing the opinions of the jurists of different doctrines and jurisprudential schools. The researcher exerted much effort in to overcome these jurisprudential difficulties and issues hoping to have fulfilled some success. The researcher added some references to the study including books of linguistics, interpretation, Usuls, sociology, philosophy and psychology. The subject of the study comprises the violence that takes place within the one family, between husband, wife and children, in particular. The study focused on the unfair treatment that could deprive her from her rights or vice versa. The marriage is a tradition that was called for by the prophet Mohammed (p.b.u.h) and it's better to take the prophet as an example as he has gained his knowledge from Al-Mighty Allah the lord of the universe. Violence could result either from having psychological problems or due to the husbands tyranny. Today, the family is threatened by the danger of poverty and its effects that could lead the youth to refuse marriage and until a late age which could lead to fulfill their sexual needs by wrong and forbidden actions. The function of the family as well as the roles of its members and their rights. Also, it is important to investigate the differences of opinions, beliefs and the rights of the married couples and the disputes and challenges they might face. After close study and reviewing the various opinions and theories and conducting a balance between them to find the most appropriate views, many new matters have been presented in this study. Also, through induction, a lot of issues were tackled that were imposed by contemporary life.
