المستخلص: يعد القضاء الجهة المختصة بمحاربة الفساد، وعندما يصاب القضاء في الفساد فإن الفساد يصبح هو السائد والمتحكم بالمجتمع. وهذا لا يعني أن المحاسبة لا تشمل القضاء. فلابد من المراقبة والمحاسبة وتطبيق القانون على الجميع. ويتناول هذا البحث المساءلة لضمان نزاهة القضاء. والبحث في مفهوم المساءلة بصورة عامة والمساءلة القضائية والإدارية والسياسية والاجتماعية والأخلاقية، ووضع الضوابط من اجل منع الفساد الوصول إلى القضاء. وقد تضمن البحث الجوانب التشريعية ودور البرلمان في الدول الديمقراطية في مكافحة الفساد وضمان نزاهة القضاء. كما تناول البحث الإجراءات القضائيّة لضمان نزاهة القضاء وفرض العقوبات بحق يثبت ارتكابه جريمة الفساد.

The judiciary is the competent authority to fight corruption. When corruption is found in judiciary, corruption becomes dominant and controlled by society. This does not mean that accounting does not include elimination. The monitoring, accountability and enforcement of the law must be observed. This research addresses accountability to ensure the integrity of the judiciary. Research on the concept of accountability in general and judicial, administrative, political, social and moral accountability, and the establishment of controls to prevent corruption access to justice. The study included legislative aspects and the role of parliament in democratic countries in combating corruption and ensuring the integrity of the judiciary. The study also dealt with the judicial procedures to ensure the integrity of the judiciary and the imposition of penalties for proving the crime of corruption. The research ended with a conclusion on the most important findings and recommendations reached by the researcher.
