المستخلص: The aim of this research is to determine what is idiomatic expression, as well as to set several criteria that distinguish it from other structures that are syntactically and metaphorically similar to: contextual expression, metaphorical expression, collocation, ideals, and term; the idiomatic expression is a mantle that incorporates these structures, Similar to the conventional expression, it is superior to the qualities that distinguish it from them. The research will seek to apply the findings of the Hadiths contained in the Mokhtasar Sahih Muslim to Al-Mundhari; to limit its expression to the terminology, and to search for the meanings of these idioms through the literature that meant explaining the Prophet's Hadiths and then classifying these idioms according to the semantic field theory, On the rhetorical images that came from those idiomatic expressions and the effect of their use on the meanings of these idioms. The research is based on the analytical descriptive approach to the idiomatic expressions that have been enumerated, and reached several results, the most important of which are: the variety of semantic fields under which the idiomatic expressions fall. The research also pointed to the confusion in which some previous studies When I made between these expressions linguistic compositions that were not related to idioms.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد ماهية التعبير الاصطلاحي، كما يطمح لوضع عدة معايير تميزه عن التراكيب الأخرى التي تتشابه معه تركيبياً ودلالياً، نحو: التعبير السياقي، والتعبير الكنائي، والمصاحبة اللغوية، والمثل، والمصطلح؛ حيث إن التعبير الاصطلاحي عباءة ينضوي تحتها تلك التراكيب، لكن دونما تماثل بينها وبين التعبير الاصطلاحي، فهو يعلو عنها بسماته التي تميزه عنها. وسوف يسعى البحث لتطبيق ما توصل إليه على الأحاديث الشريفة الواردة في كتاب (مختصر صحيح مسلم) للمنذري؛ لحصر ما به من تعابير اصطلاحية، والبحث عن دلالات هذه التعابير من خلال المؤلفات التي عنيت بشرح الأحاديث النبوية، ثم تصنيف تلك التعابير حسب نظرية الحقول الدلالية، وكذلك البحث عن الصور البلاغية التي جاءت تلك التعابير الاصطلاحية من خلالها وأثر استخدامها على دلالة التعبير الاصطلاحي. وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتعابير الاصطلاحية التي تم حصرها، وتوصل إلى نتائج عدة لعل أهمها: تنوع الحقول الدلالية التي تندرج تحتها التعابير الاصطلاحية، كما أشار البحث إلى الخلط الذي وقعت فيه بعض الدراسات السابقة عندما جعلت من بين تلك التعابير تراكيب لغوية لا تمت للتعبير الاصطلاحي بصلة
