|a مع زيادة الاهتمام العالمي بقضايا البيئة والحفاظ عليها، برزت قضية إعادة التدوير كإحدى أهم القضايا التي اهتمت بها الكثير من الدول وحفزتها، وتسعى إلى تطبيقها بالطريقة الصحيحة، وذلك لما لها من أهمية كبرى في التنمية الاقتصادية، انطلاقا من الدعوات العالمية بالتوجه نحو التنمية المستدامة للمحافظة على الموارد الطبيعية والحيوية والبيئية للأجيال القادمة، لذلك اتجهت الباحثة لإجراء هذه الدراسة لتفعيل العلاقة بين إعادة التدوير والتنمية المستدامة حيث كانت مشكلة البحث في التساؤل الآتي ما فاعلية البرنامج المقترح للاستفادة من أربطة العنق الغير مسايرة للموضة وإعادة تدويرها وتنمية المعارف والمهارات لشباب الخرجين في ضوء التنمية المستدامة؟ وهدفت الدراسة إلى نشر ثقافة التنمية المستدامة ومدى احتياجنا إليها في العصر الحالي، توضيح العلاقة بين إعادة التدوير والتنمية المستدامة، إكساب بعض شباب الخرجين بالمعارف والمهارات المرتبطة بإعادة تدوير أربطة العنق الغير مسايرة للموضة في ضوء التنمية المستدامة والتي تؤهلهم لسوق العمل، وتكمن أهمية البحث في إلقاء مزيد من الضوء على إعادة التدوير والاستفادة منه في ترشيد الإنفاق على الملابس وعلى أهمية إعادة التدوير في ضوء مفاهيم التنمية المستدامة، الوعي بأنماط الاستهلاك المستدام للحفاظ على الموارد الطبيعية، المساهمة في إعداد وتدريب وتأهيل شباب الخريجين ثقافة الاستدامة والحفاظ علي البيئة لإكسابهم مهارات يتطلبها سوق العمل وحيث تعمل على توفير فرص عمل جديدة وكانت أهم النتائج حقق البرنامج التدريبي فاعلية في تنمية الجانب المعرفي (المعارف المكتسبة) والجانب المهارى (المهارات المكتسبة) لدى المتدربين من شباب الخريجين والمنتجات المنفذة من إعادة تدوير أربطة العنق الغير مسايرة للموضة لاقت قبول ونجاح في ضوء متوسطات تقييم المتخصصين لمحاور التقييم.

|f With the increasing global interest in environmental issues and conservation, the issue of recycling has emerged as one of the most important issues that many countries have been interested in and motivated with. These countries seek to apply it in the right way, because of its great importance in economic development, based on global calls for sustainable development to preserve the natural, vital, and environmental resources of future generations. Therefore, the researcher went to conduct this study to activate the relationship between recycling and sustainable development. The problem of research was the following question, what is the effectiveness of the proposed program to benefit from non-fashion neckties, recycle them, and develop knowledge and skills for young graduates in light of sustainable development. The study aims to spread the culture of sustainable development and the extent to which we need it in the current era, clarify the relationship between recycling and sustainable development, provide some young graduates with the knowledge and skills associated with recycling non-fashion neckties in light of sustainable development that qualifies them for the labor market. The importance of research lies in shedding more light on recycling and benefiting from it in the rationalization of spending on clothing and on the importance of recycling in light of the concepts of sustainable development, awareness of sustainable consumption patterns to conserve natural resources, contribute to the preparation, training, and qualification of young graduates on the culture of sustainability and environmental conservation to give them skills required by the labor market as it helps in providing new job opportunities. The most important results were that the training program achieved effectiveness in developing the cognitive aspect (knowledge gained) and the skill aspect (acquired skills) among trainees from young graduates and the products implemented from recycling non-fashion neckties have been accepted and successful in light of the average evaluation of the assessment axes by specialists.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
