|a هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح وبيان دور الإخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي في التوعية بالتبرع بالأعضاء البشرية، وخاصة مرحلة اتخاذ القرار النهائي بالتبرع، حيث اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الكمي والنوعي عن طريق عينة الدراسة بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة بنسبة: 20% من مجموع الأطباء العاملين في ثلاثة مستشفيات والبالغ عددهم الكلي 480 طبيبا وطبيبة تقريبا مع إجراء مقابلات لمجموعة من المتبرعين بالأعضاء البشرية. كشفت نتائج الدراسة ووفق وجهة نظر الفريق الطبي لمرحلة التأهيل بالتبرع بالأعضاء مسؤولية جماعية يشترك فيها الأخصائي الاجتماعي بشكل فعال 2.96 لأن متوسطها الحسابي أكبر من متوسط أداة القياس (2). كما أن المتوسط العام البالغ 2.84 يعكس موافقة العينة على المتغير الخاص بدور الأخصائي الاجتماعي الفعال. وحول متغير العلاقة بين الأخصائي الاجتماعي والطبيب وأسرة المريض لاتخاذ القرار بالتبرع بالأعضاء تبين أن اتجاهات العينة إيجابية نحو الفقرة وذلك لأن متوسطها الحسابي أكبر من متوسط أداة القياس (2). كما تبين أن المتوسط العام البالغ 2.85 يعكس موافقة العينة على إيجابية وأهمية تلك العلاقة. وأوصت الدراسة العمل على توفير ملف للمريض يوضح حالته مع مراعاة تبيان آلية اتخاذ القرار حول وضعه الصحي النهائي بالمشاركة مع الأخصائي الاجتماعي، والتأكيد على أن يتلاءم عمل الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي مع قدراته العلمية والعملية مع توفير عدد كافي من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين الطبيين وفق الخدمات التي يقدمها المركز والعمل على تقديم خدمة اجتماعية متكاملة للمرضى تمهيدا لعملية إمكانية التبرع بالأعضاء للأهداف المراد تحقيقها، وكذلك القيام بدراسات مستقبلية وافية حول سبل تطوير أداء الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي في مجال التبرع بالأعضاء البشرية.

|b This research aims to clarify and explain the role of medical social workers in promoting awareness about organ donation, particularly in the stage of making a final decision about donation. The researcher relies on quantitative and qualitative methods, utilizes a simple random sample of 20% of doctors working in three hospitals. The sample size is approximately 480 doctors. The study also includes interviews with a group of organ donors. The results of the study revealed that the preparatory stage for organ donation is a collective responsibility in which social workers participate effectively 2.96. This is because their average is greater than the average of the measurement tool (2). Further, the overall average of 2.96 reflects the consistency of the agreement of the sample with the particular variable of the effective role of the social worker. There is a positive trend between the decision to donate organs and the variable of the relationship between the social worker, doctor, and family of the patient. This is because the average is greater than the average of the measuring tool. Further, the overall average of 2.96 reveals the reflection of the consistency of the sample with the positive trend and its importance. Regarding the nature of the relationship between the social worker and the medical team, I notice a positive trend in the sample because the average is greater than the average of the measuring tool (2). Finally, the researcher recommends the completion of further research toward developing the performance of social workers in the field of organ donation.
