المستخلص: أصبحت شبكات المعلومات والتواصل من أهم الوسائل المعاصرة لتبادل المعارف والتواصل بين الأفراد والجماعات داخل الوطن الواحد وخارجه وقد وصلت هذه الشبكات إلى المؤسسات والإدارات والمدارس والبيوت، وبهذا احتلت هذه المواقع وهذه التطبيقات مكاناً واسعاً في ساحة التواصل الاجتماعي بين مختلف شرائح المجتمع نتيجة شيوعها الحثيث وقربها من متطلبات الناس اليومية كل حسب احتياجاته على اختلاف التفكير طبعاً واختلاف اللهجة والاستعمال اللغوي مما انعكس هذا الأخير على اللغة ونشوء العلاقة التناسبية بين اللغة والفكر، فبانحدار الفكر تنحدر اللغة والعكس أضف إلى هذا ذلك المنتج اللغوي الجديد الذي ظهر عبر هذه المواقع والتطبيقات التواصلية، منتج لغوي مكون من حروف وأرقام ورموز سريعة يتيح التفاهم بين مختلف اللهجات واللغات.

Les réseaux d’information et de communication sont aujourd’hui l’un des moyens les plus importants d’échange de connaissances et de communication entre particuliers et groupes à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du pays, atteignant les institutions, les départements, les écoles et les foyers. Ces sites et applications occupent une grande place dans le domaine de la communication sociale entre différents segments de la société. Les besoins des gens ordinaires, chacun en fonction de leurs besoins en matière de pensée différente, bien sûr, de langue et d’utilisation linguistique différentes, reflétant cette dernière langue et l’émergence d’une relation proportionnée entre langue et pensée, le déclin de la pensée descend de langue et inversement. Ajoutez à cela le nouveau produit linguistique qui est apparu à travers ces sites et applications de communication, un produit linguistique composé de lettres, de chiffres et de symboles permet rapidement la compréhension entre différents dialectes et langues.

Information and communication networks have become one of the most important contemporary means of knowledge exchange and communication between individuals and groups within and outside the same country. These networks have reached institutions, departments, schools, and homes. Thus, these sites and these applications occupied a wide place in the arena of social communication between different segments of society as a result of their relentless prevalence and proximity to the daily requirements of people, each according to their needs, different thinking, of course, different dialect and language use. The latter reflected on language and the emergence of a proportional relationship between language and intellect. With the decline of thought declines the language and vice versa. Add to this the new language product that appeared through these sites and communicative applications, a language product made of letters, numbers, and quick symbols that allows understanding between different dialects and languages.
