|d L'étude visait à trouver le niveau de compatibilité , nous avons mené cette étude dans trois universités de l'est de l'Algérie: Université du 20 août 1955 à Skikda, Université de l'Émir Abdul Qadir Constantine, Université de Baji Mukhtar annaba, Pour atteindre cet objectif, l'échantillon de l'étude se composait de 80 enseignant universitaire qui ont été choisis au hasard dans différentes faculté: psychologie, sciences économiques, sciences politiques et sciences islamiques. Les résultats de l'étude indiquent que la majorité de l'échantillon souffre d'une mauvaise compatibilité professionnelle et qu'il existe des différences significatives.

|a تسعى الدراسة الحالية لإلقاء الضوء على التوافق المهني في الجامعة الجزائرية، ومحاولة البحث في وجود من عدم وجود فروق قد تكون ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عينة الدراسة قد تعزى لمتغيرات ديمغرافية (الجنس، الحالة المدنية، الاختصاص، الخبرة) حيث قمنا بدراستنا هذه في ثلاث جامعات من الشرق الجزائري، وللتحقق من هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 80 أستاذا جامعيا، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية من تخصصات مختلفة :علم النفس، علوم اقتصادية، علوم سياسية، علوم شرعية وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن النسبة الغالبة من أفراد عينة الدراسة تعاني من سوء التوافق المهني وكذا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وأخرى غير دالة في مستوى التوافق المهني تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية المعنية بالدراسة.

|b The study aimed to find the level of professional compatibility among the university professors, where we conducted this study in three universities from the east of Algeria: University of 20 august 1955 in Skikda, University of Amir Abdul Qadir Constantine, University of Baji Mukhtar annaba, To achieve this goal, The sample of the study consisted of 80 university professors who were randomly selected from different disciplines: psychology, economic sciences, political science, and forensic sciences. The results of the study indicated that the majority of the sample of the study sample suffer from poor professional compatibility and there are significant differences and another non-function in MST Professional compatibility is attributable to the demographic variables involved in the study.
