المستخلص: The current study aimed at estimating the level of educational competencies of professors in the field of teaching the physical and sports education class, as well as to detect differences in the level of performing educational competencies depending on the scientific qualification variable. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach. The sample of the study consisted of 20 professors of the middle education class, and the researchers used an observation network consisting of 35 paragraphs divided into three axes (planning, implementation, and calendar). The researchers reached the following findings: the presence of high levels in educational competencies of professors of the field of teaching the class of physical education and sports, and the absence of significant differences in educational competencies performance between the study sample attributed to the variable scientific qualification.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقدير مستوى الكفايات التعليمية الادائية لدى الأساتذة في مجال تدريس حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية، وكذا الكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الكفايات التعليمية الادائية تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 20 استاذ في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط، واستخدم الباحثان شبكة ملاحظة تتكون من 35 فقرة مقسمة على ثلاثة محاور (التخطيط، التنفيذ، التقويم)، وتوصل الباحثان إلى النتائج التالية: وجود مستويات مرتفعة في الكفايات التعليمية الادائية لدى الأساتذة في مجال تدريس حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفايات التعليمية الادائية بين عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.

L’objectif était de faire évaluer le niveau des compétences éducatives performantes des professeurs lors de l’enseignement d’éducation physique et sportive, et de découvrir leurs différences par rapport au diplôme obtenu, en suivant l’approche descriptive analytique sur un échantillon de 20 professeurs au cycle moyen. On a utilisé une grille d’observation avec 35 phrases, repartie en 3 axes (planning, exécution, évaluation). Les résultats ont démontré: l’existence des hauts niveaux des compétences éducatives performantes des professeurs et l’absence des différences statistiquement significatives entre ces compétences selon le diplôme obtenu.
