المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف إلى الملامح الجديدة لإعداد معلم المستقبل في ظروف العولمة والتحديات الحضارية والثورة العلمية والتكنلوجية، حيث أخذت دول العالم اجمع تتفحص أنظمتها التربوية بحثا عن مواقع الخلل والقصور وتولدت قناعة لدى هذه الدول مؤداها أن التربية غير قادرة على الاضطلاع بمسؤولياتها نتيجة هذا التطول الهائل وقد قسمت الدراسة إلى عدة فصول. الفصل الأول تناول: مشكلة البحث، أهمية البحث، أهداف البحث، حدود البحث، تحديد المصطلحات الفصل الثاني تناول: الإطار العام للبحث، ودراسات سابقة. الفصل الثالث تناول: أهمية دراسة المستقبل، العولمة الثقافية ومخاطرها، المبادئ الأساسية لتعليم في المستقبل في ضوء العولمة، الصفات المرغوبة لإعداد المعلم المستقبلي، التحديات التي تواجه معلم المستقبل في ظروف العولمة والتحديات الحضارية الفصل الرابع تناول: الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات

The new features to prepare the future teacher in the circumstances of globalization and the civil challenges the research aims to identify the new features to prepare the future teacher in the circumstances of globalization and the civil challenges and the technical and scientific revolute where all the world countries began to examine their educational systems looking for the areas of bug and fail and there was satisfaction for these countries that the education with its establishments un able to be in charge of response : ability because of this great development the study has divided into many chapters the first chapter: the problem of the research the importance of the research the aims of the research ranges of the research definition of the terms the second chapter the theoretical course of the research and previous studies chapter three the important of the future study. The basic principles to learn future according to globalization The cultural globalization and its risks on individual and society. The liked description to prepare teacher. The challenges that face the future teacher in the circumstances of globalization and the civil challenges. The fourth chapter: the conclusions, references and suggestions.
