|b In this study, the researcher criticized the book "The Famous Relic of Imam Malik in the Equator of an Analytical Study", in which his author (Dr. Abdul Razzaq bin Abdul Mohsen al-Badr) claimed that the imam ,"Malik", rejected adaptation, and proved the levelling known in the language. The people of innovations in the old and modern tried to change its meaning, and to distort its purpose, in costly ways, and in different ways, claiming that "Malik" was one of the "commissioners." He stated that his biggest purpose of his study was to respond to the misrepresentations of these opponents and the doubts of those who were liberated. The researcher presented his claims, in this important subject on the table of careful scientific research, invoking the constant statements about the imam of the House of Immigration ("Malik") in particular, and about the salafi scholars in general, so that the truth will appear from falsehood. This research included: introduction, four investigations, and conclusion: He spoke in the introduction: about the subject of the research, its importance, the reason for writing it, and its contents. In the first research: the graduation of the narrative effect of imam "Malik", the statement of his methods, and the extent to which it is proven. In the second, he mentioned the evidence of the imam's influence, from the Book, the Sunnah, and the application of the Sahaba to it. In the third, he mentioned the analogies of the effect that was said about the righteous salaf, may Allah bless them. In the fourth, he spoke about the meaning of the effect: there are four demands: First, the author's claim was criticized that "owner", defined the meaning of equator. The second is Malik's explicit non-explanation. Third, criticism of the author's claim that the statement of delegation combines several errors. And fourth: the audience of the scholars of the successor understood Malik's words as delegated meaning. In presentation and criticism, the researcher has committed to non-disruptive brevity, unless there is a need for prolongation. He also adhered to all known scientific research controls. The research yielded the following results: 1- The author (Dr. Abdul Razek) graduated the monument, and stated that he has ten ways, and that two of them are not methods, because they are without support, and that a way of them - namely , "Bashar al-Bat or others", a possible story, and Bashar weak, and that the rest of the roads did not have an article, and only one way, namely, Abdullah Bin And "Go about the owner of the money", in which he replied to the questioner, he said: "The mercy of the nest satiated" as he stood his breath, and he did not Say: How, how he's kicked, and you're a bad man, he's got it out. He said, "Get out of the man." 2- Ban has said that the author has turned a blind eye to the self-contained narrative of Ibn Taymiyyah and focused on the novel that has strengthened the golden in all its ways, although one of these methods came with an anti-conservative word that they held completely, which was narrated by Ibn Abd al-Bar, supported by "Jafar bin Abdullah about Malik", he said: "His ethno-the-degree is unknown, the act of it is unreasonable, and the matter about this is heresy.".. 3- The author mentioned what he believes, by claiming, evidence of the effect of "malik" in the proof of the Qur'an and sunnah, from which he concluded that the whole Qur'an is interpreted and explained, and that the Prophet (pbuh) has only died and has interpreted it and between him. I have shown that this is not evidence of the effect of "Malik" at all, and that the claim that the whole Qur'an is interpreted. Etc." is not true, and is contrary to the division of the Qur'an into a similar arbitrator. The most salaf, including Malik, saw that the waqf on the word "majesty", i.e., that the like knows its interpretation only by God alone, and that the signs of adjectives are from him. 4- The author devoted a research from his book to mentioning analogies to the effect of the salaf scholars, which are rightly analogues for his effect, in delegation and not to delve into the verses and hadiths of adjectives, but the author followed the sheikh of his school (Ibn Taymiyyah) In interpreting and dismissing them from their release, they are the ones who have been cruelly rejecting the "interpretation", explaining the explicit texts of the Salafi scholars by passing these verses and hadiths as they came, not explaining them, and keeping silent about them: that they intend to interpret the responsible al Jahmiya. I have indicated that this is not true, and that the words of the salaf on its release, and I mentioned from the positions of Imam Ahmad and others: They were finishing talking in the first place. 5- The author wrote a separate chapter on the meaning of the effect of the "malik" in which he attacked the population of the successor scholars, saying that the doctrine of "Malik" and other Salafi scholars was "delegation", not proof, and accused them of misrepresentation.!! I have shown that it is rejected, and in fact an accusation is rebuttal, and even inverted, because our scholars have not deviated or invented, but based their mentions on the frequent explicit texts of salafi scholars in general, and about "Malik" in particular. It was mentioned from the explicit fixed texts about "Malik": that he was holding on to the verses and hadiths of adjectives, and that if asked about them, it is one of the similarities, which God has questioned, and that it is stipulated that the words in them are in the first place: heresy... To other things, which the researcher detailed, during presentation and criticism.
