المستخلص: تتعرض اللغة خلال رحلتها العمرية لأمراض شانها شأن الأفراد، وهذه الأمراض إذا لم يتم تشخيصها بصورة سليمة وتحديد العلاج المناسب فإنها قد تتسبب في انهيارها، لذا وجب علينا التدخل عندما تواجه لغتنا مشكلات ضخمة يتحتم عنها ضرورة مراجعة الهيكل اللغوي وإعادة تخطيطه بصورة تمكنه من تجديد الخطاب اللغوي ورفع كفاءة أدائه، وإزالة القيود التي تحد من انتشاره وتعوق حركة التفاعل الطبيعي بين اللغة وأبنائها أو غير أبنائها أو مختلف بيئاتها المحيطة لها أو المؤثرة فيها ضمن استراتيجيات الأمن الفكري لأبنائها بحثا وتعلما وانتشارا؛ حماية للعربية وصيانتها. وهذه الدراسة هي محاولة لتجديد الخطاب اللغوي لعدد كبير من الصيغ والتراكيب في اللغة العربية - خاصة - في ظل ظروف تغير قواعد حياة اللغات وموتها، ولغتنا العربية في حاجة – دوما - لإبراز خصائصها ومكوناتها ومميزاتها في جميع مستوياتها (الصوتية والصرفية والنحوية والدلالية) للوقوف على مراحل تطورها وتجديد خطابها اللغوي ورفع كفاءته، في إطار نموها المتجدد، من باب أن تجديد الخطاب اللغوي صفة لازمت العربية على مر عصورها؛ لأن اللغة كائن حي، وقد وجد أن تجديد الخطاب اللغوي من جميع جوانبه؛ الاستغناء، والإلحاق، والإبدال، وسوء الترتيب، في جل عناصر اللغة؛ الصوتية، والمعجمية، والصرفية، والنحوية، والبلاغية، والأسلوبية (تحليل الخطاب)، والمعجمية، والإملائية، والأخطاء الكلية، والجزئية، وغيرها. والهدف الذي ترومه هذه الدراسة؛ الوقوف على سبل تجديد الخطاب اللغوي وإعادة هيكلته؛ مساهمة مع أبناء العربية في الوقوف على جانب من جوانب القوانين التي تتحكم بحياة اللغة، ليتسنى لهم الإبقاء على ما يعمل منها على رفع كفاءة هذا الخطاب، وإبعاد ما سوى ذلك. ويحاول الباحث من خلال استخدامه للمنهجين الوصفي والتاريخي أن يتتبع أثر التوظيف اللغوي لهذه التقنية في أمهات الكتب اللغوية: منها: الكتاب، لسيبويه (ت: ١٨٠ه)، والخصائص، لابن جنى (ت: 392ه)، والمخصص، لابن سيده (ت: 458ه)، والمزهر في علوم اللغة، للسيوطي (ت: 911ه)، وغيرها. وكذا أمهات المعاجم، منها: العين للخليل بن أحمد (ت: 170ه)، وتاج العروس من جواهر القاموس، للزبيدي (ت: 1205ه) وغيرهما. وكذا أمهات كتب القراءات والغريب، منها: تأويل مشكل القرآن، لابن قتيبة (ت: 276ه)، والنشر في القراءات العشر، لابن الجزري (ت: 833ه)، وغيرهما. ومن ثم يتسنى للباحث عرض هذه النماذج ومن بعد تحليلها، للوقوف على عللها وأثرها في حياة لغتنا العربية، وتقديم خطابا لغويا جديدا من شأنه المساهمة في المحافظة على الأمن الفكري، وبالتالي حماية المجتمع من الانحراف والضلال والضعف وسهولة اختلاله والسيطرة عليه؛ لأن العدوان اللغوي يبعد الأمة تدريجيا عن أمنها الفكري، فهو عدوان كذلك على تراثنا العربي العظيم، ومن ثم يتحول إلى انفصام منكود بيننا وبين ماضينا العظيم بكل ما ضم من ذخائر، وكل ما جمع من أمجاد. وأخيرا: تروم هذه الدراسة إلى الوصول إلى إثبات أن تجديد الخطاب اللغوي؛ هو صورة حياة اللغة، وأهم مظاهر حيويتها وحركتها في نظامها اللغوي، كما أن تجديد الخطاب اللغوي؛ إنما هو من معهود العرب في كلامها؛ يعمل على الاستقرار اللغوي ويبعد كل ما يهدده، أو يعبث به، أو يهبط بكفاءته، ويكون ذلك باتباع وسائل وقائية جادة تضمن له حياته وبقاءه ونقاءه.

As well as the mothers of the dictionaries, including: Al-Ain Al-Khalil bin Ahmed (170: e), the crown of the bride of the dictionary jewels, Zubaidi (T: 1205 e) and others As well as mothers of the books of readings and strange, including: Interpretation of the problem of the Koran, Ibn Qutaiba (v: 276 e), and published in the ten readings, Ibn al-Jazari (833 e), and others Thus, the researcher can present these models and after analyzing them to find out their meanings and their impact on the life of our Arabic language, and to provide a new linguistic discourse that contributes to maintaining intellectual security and thus protecting the society from delinquency, misguidance and weakness.
