هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة طلبة المرحلة الثانوية للقيم الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر معلميهم، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقامت الباحثة باختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة بلغ حجمها (49) معلمة من المدارس الثانوية في محافظة الدرعية، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة لدراسته الحالية، واشتملت على الأبعاد التالية: (علاقة الطالبة بالمعلمات – علاقة الطالبة بزميلاتها – علاقة الطالبة بالإدارة المدرسية والموظفات الإداريات في المدرسة)، وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الاستبانة أثبتت النتائج أن هناك تقارب في فاعلية إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على كل أبعاد الاستبانة من وجهة نظر المعلمات في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة الدرعية حيث تراوحت متوسطات موافقتهم على عبارات هذا المحور الأول (علاقة الطالبة بالمعلمات) بين (1.6122 إلى 2.1837)، وفي المحور الثاني (علاقة الطالبة بزميلاتها) تراوحت متوسطات موافقتهم على عبارات هذا المحور ما بين (1.4082 إلى 1.8571)، وفي المحور الثالث (علاقة الطالبة بالإدارة المدرسية والموظفات الإداريات في المدرسة) تراوحت ما بين (1.5306 إلى 1.9796)، كما أثبتت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة ترجع لمتغيرات الدراسة (العمر – المستوى التعليمي – الخبرة)، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
The present study aimed to reveal the degree of the practice of secondary students of moral values from the point of view of their teachers, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The researcher questionnaire as a tool for his current study, and included the following dimensions: (the relationship of the student with teachers - the relationship of the student with her colleagues - the relationship of the student with the school administration and administrative staff in the school), and after confirming the validity and consistency of the questionnaire results proved that there is convergence The effectiveness of the responses of the study sample on all dimensions of the questionnaire from the point of view of teachers in secondary schools in the province of Daria where the average of their approval of the statements of this first axis (the relationship of the student to teachers) ranged between (1.6122 to 2.1837), and in the second axis (the relationship of the student with her colleagues) The average of their approval on the statements of this axis ranged between (1.4082 to 1.8571), and in the third axis (the relationship of the student with the school administration and administrative staff in the school) ranged between (1.5306 to 1.9796), and the results also proved that there are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of individuals The sample refers to the variables of d Aceh (age, level Altahlmy- experience), and in the light of those findings were presented a number of recommendations and proposals.
