المستخلص: يهدف المقال إلى دراسة مستوى جودة الحياة في العمل في مؤسسة "ميديتريان فلوت كلاس" وهذا من وجهة نظر العمال؛ حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وتوزيع مقياس جودة الحياة في العمل على عينة تم اختيارها عرضياً قدرها 80 عاملاً وعاملة، وأظهرت النتائج ارتفاع مستوى جودة الحياة في العمل كما خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بجودة الحياة في العمل بالمؤسسات وهذا لتأثيرها على إشباع حاجات العمال وتنمي فيهم الرغبة في العمل والدافعية والانجاز.

The aim of the article is to study the quality of life in the work of the Meditrian Flute Class in Blida. This is from the point of view of the workers. The descriptive approach and the distribution of the quality of life standard were based on a random sample of 80 workers The results showed a high level of quality of life in work and the study concluded that the importance of quality of life in the work of institutions and this impact on satisfying the needs of workers and develop the desire to work and motivation to achieve.

L’objectif de cet article est d’étudier la qualité de vie au travail au sien de L’entreprise Mideetarian Flot Class à Blida du point de vue des travailleurs : et pour atteindre cet objectif nous avons opté pour la méthode descriptive, nous avons procédé au tirage d’un échantillon pris intentionnellement, au nombre de (80), et pour quantifier la variable d’étude nous avons eu recours au questionnaire. Les résultats D’étude ont montré un taux élevé de la qualité de vie au travail et a également conclu L’importance de prendre en considération la qualité de vie au travail dans les institutions, et son impact sur la satisfaction des besoins des travailleurs et le développement du désir de travailler, de la motivation et de la réalisation.
