المستخلص: The article describes the lexical elements, which can be considered as elements of the anti-culture in the modern Russian language: vulgarisms, obscene lexicon, euphemisms of obscenities. The varieties of vulgarisms used in electronic media are analyzed: words with the semantics of mental retardation; lexemes, indicating the immoral behavior of women; words used to insult on the basis of nationality, etc. These phenomena are widely represented in the spoken language of the modern person and is actively used in the language of the media, including electronic media. Their use is associated with speech aggression, which spread in modern society. The anti-culture in a public speech practice hardly amenable to correction. It is necessary to the formation of the journalist language liability.
