|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق لضمان جودة التعليم العالي، والتعرف على ماهية الاعتماد الأكاديمي ودوافع الاهتمام بتطبيقه في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وتسليط الضوء على معايير برامج الكليات بمؤسسات التعليم العالي العربية، والتعرض إلى بعض التجارب العربية في ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي لبرامج الجامعات. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن اهتمام الدول العربية بضمان الجودة وتطبيق معايير الاعتماد الأكاديمي يساهم في النهوض بمؤسسات التعليم العالي فيها، وينعكس ذلك على مخرجاتها من الخرجين المؤهلين والمزودين بالعلم والمعرفة والمهارات والخبرات الأكاديمية والتربوية، والتي تمكنهم من الانخراط في سوق العمل محليا وعربيا وعالميا، والقيام بالأعمال الموكلة إليهم بتميز وإبداع.

|b This stidy aims to ensure the quality of higher education to address, and to identify the nature of academic accreditation and motives of interest applied in higher education institutions, and to shed light on the standards of college programs of the institutions of the Arab Higher Education, and exposure to some of the Arab experience in quality and accreditation of academic programs universities guarantee. T h e study reached the conclusion that the interest of the Arab states to ensure quality and application of academic accreditation standards contributes to the advancement of higher education institutions in which, and this is reflected on the output of graduates and qualified suppliers science, knowledge, skills and academic and educational experiences, which enables them to engage in the labor market, locally, regionally and globally, and doing business entrusted to them with distinction and creativity.
