The novel is the art of narration of events and stories, which includes personalities that vary in their emotions and descriptions, its the best and most beautiful arts of prose literature. And it’s considered the most modern in form and content, the novel contains technical rules known by the Arabs at the beginning of the last century and was translated to Eastern and Western novels. The novel is a long fiction and prose story; it is the most widespread and famous art of prose literature. Characterized by the thrill of the issues and topics and different issues, whether ethical or social or philosophical and some talk about reform and show the unusual or the goal of the novel for laughter and entertainment . The novel is more difficult and complex than the stories, but it has a great influence in society where it talks about the attitudes and experiences of humanity in a particular time and place. And give us a lesson and advice or a story and study we use it in the subjects of emotional, historical, political, social and psychological. So could history benefit of these novels? If we want to go back a little bit to show that the close relationship between history and the novel has been embodied by the Arabs for several centuries through the book «Thousand and One Nights», which mixes historical events with real collective imagination connected with myths and legends, or through various popular paths such as the biography of Antar and Beni Hilal and Saif bin Yazin, where the heroic Arab model begins with features and features of reality and then goes away through exaggerations and paranormal and questions that correspond to the need of the group rejected to a model or a parochial example to accompany him in moments of distress and distress. Perhaps the novels of Jerji Zidane written more than a century ago expressed some of the faces of such a need, especially that the Arabs under the heavy burden of the era of decadence were more than ever to those who invoke the bright images of that past and the pink they lost in the absence of the time.
