|b The objective of the study is to identify Saidal Group’s governance practices and to compare them with universally recognized principles of good governance. The study is based on the descriptive analytical method. The collection of data was carried out through conducting a questionnaire and studying of the ethical charter of Saidal. The study has revealed that the new governance system of Saidal Group is based on adopting an ethical charter to better meet the needs of its stakeholders. In addition, Saidal can improve the effectiveness of its board of directors to ensure better governance, and this would be achieved by addressing the limitations it presents in relation to international practises of good governance.

|d L’objectif de l’étude est d’identifier les pratiques de gouvernance du Groupe Saidal et de les comparer avec les principes de bonne gouvernance reconnus universellement. L’étude s’est basée sur la méthode descriptive analytique. La collecte des données s’est réalisée par l’élaboration d’un questionnaire et l’étude de la charte d’éthique de Saidal. L’étude a révélé que le nouveau système de gouvernance du Groupe Saidal est basé sur l’adoption d’une charte d’éthique pour mieux répondre aux besoins de ses parties prenantes. En outre, Saidal peut améliorer l’efficacité de son conseil d’administration pour assurer une meilleure gouvernance, et cela en agissant sur les limites qu’il présente par rapport aux pratiques internationales de la bonne gouvernance.
