المستخلص: Se propone en el presente trabajo un estudio sobre las vías de la cracterisación del elemento árabe en el drama histórico español a partir de la Ilustración hasta la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Con el orden temático y cronológico de obras, ubicadas en diversas épocas, se pretende abarcar el alcance dramático marcado por el desarrollo y la evolución en lo que se refiere a los recursos teatrales de caracterizanción. Las vías se estudian sistemáticamente en dos partes, particularmente, en temáticas de fondo heroico o nacional, siendo el comentario en la presente destinado al tema de la pérdida de España que afectrá a todos los elementos compositivos del drama y, por tanto, los factores sociopolíticos, culturales e ideológicos que intrevienen en su contextualización. Se trata, pues, de un estudio que analiza, en primer lugar, las técnicas de la caracterización siguiendo un esquema que nos permite, valorar su evolución en tramas, acciones y, consecuentemente, carcterizaciones de figuras que vertebran la construcción dramática y la visión sociopolítica en diferentes aspectos.

إن هذا العمل الذي بين أيدينا يؤسس لعدة دراسات حول طرق تجسيد العنصر العربي في الدراما التاريخية الإسبانية منذ عصر التنوير حتى النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين. والدراسة طبقاً للتسلسل الموضوعي والتاريخي للأعمال التي رصدت في عدة فترات، تبتغى الوقوف على مدى التأصيل الدرامي الذي يتسم بالتطور المستمر في عرض التقنيات الدرامية الخاصة بالتجسيد. وهذه التقنيات سيتم تناولها واستعراضها في جزأين أو ثلاث بآلية ممنهجة ولا سيما في التقنيات ذات البعد الحماسي أو القومي. بيد أن النقد والتحليل في هذا الجزء ويقتصر على موضوع "ضياع إسبانيا" أو "فتح إسبانيا" والذي لا يلقي بظلاله فقط على جميع العناصر المكونة للدراما بل أيضاً على جميع العوامل الاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية والأيدلوجية التي تتلاقى مع بعضها حتى نقف على مضامينها حينما ننتقل من النصوص إلى سياق الأعمال. ولنا القول بأن هذه الدراسة، التي تبنى في المقام الأول على تحليل طرق التجسيد الدرامي، تتبع منهجاً علمياً يسمح بتقييم الأحداث والحبكات الدرامية طبقاً للـ Corpus أو مجموعات الأعمال وبالتالي طبيعة الشخوص Dramatis Personae التي لا تشكل فقط المحور الدرامي الرئيسي في بناء الأعمال وإنما أيضاً الرؤية السياسية الاجتماعية تجاه العنصر العربي وموروثه في حقب زمنية مختلفة ترتبط بداية بالفتح العربي لإسبانيا.

The current study is considered as the main basis for a number of studies that handle the different methods of the characterization of the Arab element in the historical Spanish drama since the Age of Enlightenment till the second half of the twentieth century. According to the thematic and chronological sequence of the literary works that are tackled in this study at different times, the present study aims at investigating the dramatic roots that are featured by the continuous development of the dramatic techniques of characterization. Theses dramatic techniques will be tackled in two or three parts including the techniques with enthusiastic or national dimensions. In this part of study, the literary analysis and criticism will be limited to the theme of "The Loss of Spain" or "The Conquest of Spain". Not only will this criticism discuss all the dramatic elements in the selected literary works but also it will tackle all social, political, cultural and ideological factors that converge with each other in order to illustrate their denotations in the contextualization of the literary works. It can be argued that the present study which is mainly intended to analyze the different methods of dramatic characterization follows a scientific approach to evaluate the events and the dramatic plots in the selected literary works. Hence, the study highlights the nature of the dramatic characters that constitute the main element in drama in addition to explaining the socio-political vision towards the Arab element and its heritage in different epochs linked to the beginning of the Arab conquest of Spain.
