المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور إدارة الوقت في التنبؤ بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية وبالفعالية الذاتية لدى طالبات الجامعة، والتعرف على الفروق بين منخفضي المسؤولية الاجتماعية ومرتفعي المسؤولية الاجتماعية على مقياس إدارة الوقت وأبعاده الفرعية، والتعرف على الفروق بين منخفضي المسؤولية الاجتماعية ومرتفعي المسؤولية الاجتماعية على مقياس فعالية الذات، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التنبؤي المقارن، حيث طبقت مقياس الفعالية الذاتية (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس إدارة الوقت (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس فعالية الذات (اعداد شيماء محمود يوسف 2006)، على عينة من طالبات كلية التربية بلغت (180) طالبة، وأظهرت نتائج تحليل الانحدار أن لإدارة الوقت قدرة تنبؤية بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية، وأن لإدارة الوقت قدرة تنبؤية بالفعالية الذاتية، كما دلت النتائج على وجود فروق دالة احصائياً بين منخفضي المسؤولية الاجتماعية ومرتفعي المسؤولية الاجتماعية على مقياس ادارة الوقت، وفروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين منخفضي المسؤولية الاجتماعية ومرتفعي المسؤولية الاجتماعية على مقياس فعالية الذات.

The present study aimed to identify the role of time management in predicting social responsibility and self-efficacy among university students, and to Identify the statistical differences between those with low social responsibility and high social responsibility on the time management scale, and the differences between those with low social responsibility and high social responsibility on the self-efficacy scale., The researcher used the descriptive and comparative predictive approach, where she applied the self-efficacy scale (researcher preparation), the time management scale (Prepared by the researcher) and the measure of the self-efficacy (prepared by Shaimaa Mahmoud Youssef 2006), on a sample of female students at Faculty of Education amounted to (180) students, the results of the regression analysis showed that time management has predictive ability in social responsibility, and time management has predictive ability in self-efficacy, as well as the results showed differences a statistical function between those with low social responsibility and high social responsibility on the time management scale, and There were statistically significant differences between those with low social responsibility and high social responsibility on the self-efficacy scale.
