يعتبر اقتصاد المعرفة من الاقتصاديات الحديثة لاعتماده على المعرفة وراس المال الفكري، لذا تناول البحث أثر تطبيق اقتصاد المعرفة على ذوي الإعاقة في السودان، المشكلة التي تواجه ذوي الاعاقة في السودان عدم توفر البنيات التحتية من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وسوق عمل مرن لاستيعابهم في سوق العمل. معرفة نظم وأساليب التعليم الحديثة التي تناسب ذوي الإعاقة، ومدى توفر البنيات التحتية في مجال المعلومات والاتصالات لفتح مجالات جديدة لهذه الفئة، استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتوزيع استبانة على عينة من الأشخاص ذوي الاعاقة، تم التوصل إلى عدم توفر بيئة اقتصادية وسوق عمل مرن لاستيعاب الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، بالإضافة إلى عدم استخدام أساليب التعليم التي تمكنهم من اكتساب المعرفة، لذا يجب توفر بنية تحتية من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات متقدمة مناسبة ورخيصة يمكن الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحصول عليها.
The knowledge economy is considered as one of the modern economies because it relies on knowledge and intellectual capital, so the study aims at investigating the impact of applying the knowledge economy on people with disabilities in Sudan. The problem faces people with disabilities in Sudan is the lack of infrastructure such as information and communication technology, besides flexible labor market to enable them to be absorbed in the labor market. As well as knowledge of modern education systems and methods that suit people with disabilities, and the availability of infrastructure in the field of information and communications to open new fields for this group. The researcher uses the descriptive analytical method to distribute a questionnaire to a sample of respondents with disabilities. The study concludes to the lack of an economic environment and a flexible labor market to accommodate persons with disabilities, in addition to not using education methods that enable them to acquire knowledge, thus, an adequate and affordable advanced infrastructure of Information and Communication Technology must be accessible for persons with disabilities.
