|a هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة توظيف البيئة التنظيمية للتعاملات الإلكترونية لأعضاء الهيئة التعليمية بكلية التربية بجامعة سلمان بن عبد العزيز لإدارة العملية التعليمية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال استخدام استبانة محكمة وزعت على (62) أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة سلمان بن عبد العزيز لجمع البيانات. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في محاولة الإجابة عن السؤال: ما توظيف البيئة التنظيمية للتعاملات الإلكترونية لأعضاء الهيئة التعليمية بكلية التربية في جامعة سلمان بن عبد العزيز لإدارة العملية التعليمية؟. وأظهرت النتائج بأن درجة توافر مهارات استخدام التعاملات الإلكترونية بكلية التربية بجامعة سلمان بن عبد العزيز عالية، ولم تظهر أي استجابة ضعيفة نحو توظيف التعاملات الإلكترونية بكلية التربية بجامعة سلمان بن عبد العزيز لإدارة العملية التعليمية، لكن هناك درجات توظيف متوسطة يجب أن تأخذ في عين الاعتبار للرفع من درجة توظيفها بدرجة عالية منها دافعية الطلاب نحو إنهاء التكليفات المنزلية نتيجة لاستخدام التعاملات الإلكترونية، ودخول أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في مواقع الأكاديميين في مجال تخصصهم لمعرفة الأفكار والاهتمامات نتيجة لعدم توفر الوقت لديهم، وأن عرض المخطط الدراسي عبر التعاملات الإلكترونية الأكاديمية أمر شاق بالنسبة لهم لأن ذلك يحتاج إلى وقت وجهد لإتقان التعامل مع التقنية. وأظهرت النتائج استجابات عالية نحو توافر معوقات توظيف التعاملات الإلكترونية بكلية التربية بجامعة سلمان بن بالنسبة لضعف كفاءة أنظمة الاتصال، وضغوط العمل الأكاديمي، والخوف من الأخطاء أثناء التعاملات الإلكترونية، والضعف في النهج الإداري للتأثير على أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية نحو استخدام التعاملات الإلكترونية، وأن ليس هناك رؤية واضحة عن إصرار إدارة الجامعة على استخدام التعاملات الإلكترونية.

|b This research aimed at studying the process of employing the organizational environment of the electronic dealings for the educational staff of education college in Salam Abdulaziz University for managing the educational process. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used by using a questionnaire distributed to (62) of staff members in the education college, Salman Abdulaziz University to collect data. The study tried to answer the following question: What is the process of employing the organizational environment in the electronic dealings for the educational staff of Education College, Salaman University for managing the educational process?. The results showed that the degree of availability of skills, the use of electronic trading at the Faculty of Education at the University Salman Bin high Abdulaziz, not any weak response appears to employ electronic transactions at the Faculty of Education at the University Salman bin Abdulaziz, for the management of the educational process, but there are degrees of the recruitment medium must take into consideration the lifting of degree employ a high degree including students' motivation towards ending domestic assignments as a result of the use of electronic transactions, and entry faculty members in academic positions in their field to see the ideas and concerns as a result of lack of time they have, and that the planned school display through electronic transactions Academy is hard for them because it needs to the time and effort to master the technology to deal with. The results showed high responses about the availability of obstacles to the employment of electronic trading at the Faculty of Education at the University Salman bin for twice the efficiency of communication systems, and academic pressures of work, and the fear of mistakes during electronic trading, and weakness in the administrative approach to influence the members of the teaching staff towards the use of electronic transactions, and There is no clear vision of the university administration's insistence on the use of electronic transactions.
