المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومدى التزام الشركة قيد البحث بها لضمان تعزيز الاقتصاد المعرفي للشركة. وتم وضع فرضيات البحث تحقيقاً لمقاصدها وتوجهاتها، ووزعت (100) استمارة استبانة على العاملين في شركة آسيا سيل للاتصالات لمحافظة أربيل، وجرى اختبار فرضيات البحث باستخدام تحليل الارتباط والتباين لتشخيص علاقات الارتباط والأثر بين المتغيرات قيد البحث، وخلص إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات لعل من أهمها. وجود ارتباط معنوي موجب بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاقتصاد المعرفي في الشركة قيد البحث، وهذا مؤشر مهم بشأن اهتمام الشركة قيد البحث والتزامها بأدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومكونات الاقتصاد المعرفي. واستناداً إلى الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها البحث، قدم الباحثون مجموعة من المقترحات التي تنسجم مع هذه الاستجابات من أجل تطوير قطاع الاتصالات في محافظة أربيل، منها على إدارة الشركة قيد البحث الاهتمام المتزايد بـ (أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات لما لهما من دور في تعزيز الاقتصاد المعرفي).

The current research aims to identify the information technology tools and the extent of the company's commitment to research it to ensure the strengthening of the company's knowledge economy. The research hypotheses were developed to achieve their goals and directions, and 100 questionnaires were distributed to employees at the Asia cell Communications Company in Erbil Governorate. The research hypotheses were tested using correlation and contrast analysis to diagnose the correlations and impact between the variables under discussion, and a set of conclusions was reached, perhaps one of the most important. There is a positive moral correlation between the information technology and the knowledge economy in the company in question, and this is an important indicator about the company's interest in the research and its commitment to information technology tools and components of the knowledge economy. Based on the findings of the research, the researchers presented a set of proposals that are consistent with these conclusions for the development of the communications sector in Erbil Governorate, among which the management of the company in question is the increasing interest in (information technology tools because of their role in promoting the knowledge economy).
