|a نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز الدور الفعال للمرأة الممكنة إداريا، على اعتبار أن المرأة تعد موردا بشريا لا يستهان به من الناحية العملية والمعرفية، حيث أصبحت إحدى الدعائم الأساسية في تحقيق التميز والتفوق المؤسساتي، خاصة أن مؤسسات العصر الحديث تبنت نموذج الإدارة الإلكترونية بغية مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية واعتماد التقنيات الحديثة في أداء الأعمال الإدارية، حيث تسعى هذه الأخيرة - الإدارة الالكترونية - إلى إحداث حالة فكرية جديدة أدت إلى تغيير عميق في العمل الإداري للمرأة من ناحية الأداء والأساليب العملية مما ينعكس ذلك على فعالية تطبيق إدارة المعرفة.
