|a سنحاول من خلال هدا المقال الرجوع إلى مختف الأدبيات في العلوم الاجتماعية التي تناولت الرأسمال الاجتماعي، انطلاقا من أعمال مارسال موس حول الهبة والإلزامية الثلاثية التي تحكم التبادلات الاجتماعية، أفكار مالك بن نبي عن دور شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية في صناعة الحضارة، دور الرأسمال الاجتماعي كأداة للسيطرة عند بورديو، الثقة والخوف من الإقصاء الاجتماعي عند كولمان، وأخيرا بروز الفردانية وتلاشي الرأسمال الاجتماعي عند بوتنام.

|d Nous revenons dans cet article sur le capital social à travers les différentes approches en sciences sociales y afférent. Nous nous intéresserons particulièrement aux travaux de M. Mauss sur la triple obligation de donner, de recevoir et de rendre, qui déterminent les relations sociales; les idées de M. Ben Nabi sur le rôle du réseau de relations dans la formation de la civilisation comme étant le premier acte historique de la société à sa naissance; le capital social comme un moyen de domination chez P. Bourdieu; les rapports de confiance et la peur du rejet social dans les travaux de J. Coleman et enfin l’individualisme et le déclin du capital social chez R. Puttnam.
