المستخلص: Cet article vise à retracer les cadres qui entourent la formation du traducteur à partir des programmes de formation dans les instituts et les universités ainsi que les domaines dans lesquels il travaille et qu'il s’intègre. Les systèmes linguistiques et culturels se chevauchent dans le domaine de la traduction, dépassant les équations traditionnelles, pour viser une profession qui va au-delà du travail lexical et terminologique. Une profession efficace et capable de couvrir les besoins du marché du travail en garantissant un rendement de qualité, et la créativité dans la langue de l'Autre pour assurer la réception et la promotion dans son environnement.

This paper aims to develop the frameworks that surround the training of the translator from the training programs in the institutes and universities, as well as the fields in which he works and in which he integrates. Linguistic and cultural systems overlap in the field of Translation, exceeding the traditional equations, to search for a profession that goes beyond lexical and terminological work. An efficient profession able to cover the needs of the labour market guaranteeing quality performance and enhancing creativity in the language of the Other to ensure the reception and promotion in his environment.

تروم هذه الورقة وضع الأطر التي تحيط بتكوين المترجم منطلقة من البرامج التكوينية في المعاهد والجامعات وصولا إلى الميادين التي يشتغل بها والمجالات التي يدمج فيها، باعتبار الترجمة حقلا تتداخل فيه الأنظمة اللغوية والثقافية، فتتجاوز بذلك المعادلات التقليدية للبحث عن مهنة تتعدى العمل المعجمي والمصطلحي لترسم معالم مهنة تتربع على عرش تكوين كفء وتتفرع لتغطي حاجيات سوق العمل بمردودية قوامها نوعية وجودة، وبصمتها الإبداع في لغة الآخر وضمان التلقي والرواج في بيئته.
