المستخلص: Many researchers are wondering about the stakes and prospects for changes at the political and social levels, which should be analyzed for their impact on the social relations of gender as well as the underlying representations associated with them. These changes have particularly touched women in Algeria, which is clearly seen through their active presence in the public space. Women in Algeria played an important role in society as bearers of modernization. In order to increase her participation in political life, Algeria, like other countries, has tried to achieve a kind of social justice between men and women in the political sphere. This is reflected in Act No. 12-03, which broadens the opportunities for women's representation in elected councils while seeking to increase the proportion of women in elected councils. However, it remains short in achieving de facto equality between men and women, as well as in expanding the presence of women outside elected councils.

كثير من الباحثين يتساءلون حول الرهانات والآفاق المتعلقة بالتغيرات الطارئة على الصعيدين السياسي والاجتماعي، والتي يجدر تحليل تأثيراتها على العلاقات الاجتماعية للجندر وكذا التمثلات الضمنية المرتبطة بها. لقد مست هذه التغيرات المرأة في الجزائر، بشكل خاص، وهو ما يلاحظ بوضوح من خلال تواجدها الفعال في الفضاء العام. فالمرأة بالجزائر لعبت دوراً هاماً في المجتمع بوصفها حاملة للعصرنة، ومن أجل زيادة إشراكها في الحياة السياسية حاولت الجزائر كغيرها من الدول، تحقيق نوع من العدالة الاجتماعية بين الرجل والمرأة في الحقل السياسي، وهو ما يجسده القانون رقم: 12-03 المتضمن توسيع فرص تمثيل المرأة في المجالس المنتخبة، في الوقت الذي يسعى فيه هذا القانون إلى زيادة نسبة النساء في المجالس المنتخبة، فإنه مع ذلك يبقى قاصراً في تحقيق المساواة الفعلية بين الرجل والمرأة، كما يبقى قاصراً في توسيع حضور المرأة خارج المجالس المنتخبة.

La plupart des chercheurs Souligne l'attention autour des enjeux et perspectives en ce qui concerne les changements sur les plans politique et sociaux, et qu'il est intéressant d'analyser ses effets sur les relations sociales de genre, ainsi que les représentations implicites associés.
Ces changements ils ont touché les femmes en Algérie, en particulier, ce qui est clairement vu à travers la présence effective dans l'espace public, Les femmes en Algérie ont joué un rôle important dans la société en tant que acteur pour la modernisation. Afin d'accroître leur participation à la vie politique, l'Algérie, comme d'autres pays, a essayé d'atteindre une sorte de justice sociale entre les hommes et les femmes dans le domaine politique, qui est incorporée dans la loi n °12- 03 contenant l'expansion des possibilités pour la représentation des femmes dans les assemblées élues, à un moment eoù cette loi vise à accroître la proportion de femmes dans les assemblées élues, elle reste néanmoins insuffisante pour atteindre l'égalité de fait entre les hommes et les femmes, reste également limitée dans l'expansion de la présence des femmes en dehors des assemblées élues.
