|b The era of organized armed struggles was characterized by the lack of security and peace, and the various physical crimes on humans that were detailed in article08 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which defined war crimes and crimes of aggression, and their elements. The right to physical integrity of (civilian and military) victims of military operations is guaranteed and protected for all, and its violation constitutes a war crime, punishable in accordance with the sanctions regime established by the Rome Statute.

|a الانتهاكات الماسة بالسلامة الجسدية للأشخاص زمن النزاع المسلح من الموضوعات التي فصلت فيها المادة 08 من النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لروما، وعددت صورها وبينت أركانها. ذلك أن الحق في سلامة الكيان الجسدي لضحايا العمليات العسكرية (المدنيين والعسكريين) مكفول ومحمي للجميع، وأن كل اعتداء عليه يشكل جريمة حرب تستوجب عقاب مرتكبيها وفقا لنظام العقوبات الذي أقرته نصوص وقواعد نظام محكمة روما الأساسي.
