هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع الأشراف التربوي لإدارة رياض الأطفال في ضوء القيادة التحويلية، والتوصل إلى مقترحات إجرائية لتطوير الإشراف التربوي لإدارة رياض الأطفال، وقد اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدم استبانة لبحث واقع الإشراف التربوي لإدارة رياض الأطفال في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في إدارة كفر الشيخ والفيوم (المديرين - المعلمات)، وبلغ عدد العينة (٢٠٣) فردا، وأظهرت المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج وفقا لوعي المديرين والمعلمات برياض الأطفال في محافظتي كفر الشيخ والفيوم بواقع دور الإشراف التربوي لإدارة رياض الأطفال من ضعفه في تدريب المشرف التربوي على الاشتراك في صياغة الأهداف والسياسة التربوية للأشراف التربوي، واهتمام الإشراف التربوي بتطوير العملية التعليمية. والعمل على استمرار تدريب مدير المدرسة كمشرفة تربوي، وتسهيل العقبات للوصول إلى المستوى الأفضل، وتنويع وسائل الاتصال الإداري بين المشرف التربوي مؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وعمل مواقع على الإنترنت خاصة بالإشراف التربوي. والاشتراك في البرامج التدريبية المختلفة، وإسهام المشرفين في تطوير رياض الأطفال. والمشاركة في عملية تقييم الأنشطة، والمشركة في تقويم وتطوير الروضة المتميزة.
