يعد الطلاق من الظواهر الاجتماعية المؤثرة في حياة الأفراد والأسر والمجتمعات، فهو يؤدي إلى هدم الأسرة وتفكك أواصرها وبذلك يؤثر على نمو السكان من خلال تأثيره في الخصوبة. الأسرة هي مؤسسه اجتماعيه مهمه في المجتمع التي تتعرض للانهيار بسبب الطلاق الذي هو أبغض الحلال عند الله. ويتضح من البحث ارتفاع حجم ظاهرة الطلاق بشكل كبير في السنوات الأخيرة لوجود أسباب مؤديه لها في مدينة النجف وهي أسباب اقتصاديه واجتماعيه وصحيه وثقافيه وأسباب أخرى، وفضلا عن وجود تباين في الأثار والنتائج الناجمة عن الطلاق في مدينة النجف على المطلق والمطلقة والأطفال والمجتمع. أن تسليط الضوء على مشكلة اجتماعيه انتشرت في المجتمع شيء مهم لمعرفة الأسباب التي أدت إلى زيادة الطلاق في مدينة النجف لإيجاد الحلول التي يمكن أن تقلل من نسبته، ومعرفة أي الأسباب أكثر تأثير على الأسرة وتهديمها بالطلاق هل هي أسباب اجتماعيه أو اقتصاديه أو نفسيه أو صحية أو ثقافيه أو كلاهما معا. أوضحت الدراسة أن الأسباب الاجتماعية جاءت بالمرتبة الأولى من الأسباب المؤدية إلى الطلاق ويتصدرها (الخيانة الزوجية) بسبب الأنترنت بالمرتبة الأولى تبلغ نسبتها (٢٢%). أما الأسباب الاقتصادية جاءت بالمرتبة الثانية وكانت نسبة حالة الطلاق بسبب عدم الأنفاق على الزوجة بلغت (١٢%). وأفهام الزوجين بضرورة التقيد بالضوابط الدينية والاجتماعية والعرفية والقانونية واستخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بصوره صحيحه مما ينعكس سوء الاستخدام على انهيار العلاقة الزوجية بالكامل. وتفعيل دور الباحث الاجتماعي في محاكم الأحوال الشخصية حيث يعمل على وضع الحلول والوصول إلى توافق بين الزوجين للحد من ظاهرة الطلاق. وضرورة الاهتمام بأطفال وحمايتهم من الضياع والتشرد وإعطاء حقوقهم. لذلك تضمنت هذه الدراسة الأتية: ١. موقع مدينة النجف والخصائص الطبيعية والبشرية. ٢. أسباب الطلاق في مدينة النجف ٣. الاستنتاجات والمقترحات
Divorce is a social phenomenon affecting the lives of individuals, families and communities. It leads to the destruction of the family and the disintegration of the family and thus affects the growth of the population through its effect on fertility. Mohammed is a socially important institution in a society that is collapsing because of divorce, which is the most hated of Allah. It is clear from the research that the size of the phenomenon of divorce has increased significantly in recent years because of the reasons that lead to it in the city of Najaf, which are economic, social, health, cultural and other reasons. There is also a difference in the effects and consequences of divorce in the city of Najaf absolute and divorced children and society. That the highlight of the social problem spread in the community is important to find out the reasons that led to increased divorce in the city of Najaf to find solutions that can reduce the rate, and know which causes more impact on the family and the destruction of divorce Are the causes of social or economic, psychological or health or Cultural or both. The study found that the social reasons were the first of the causes leading to divorce and the top (marital infidelity) because of the Internet at the first rate of 22% The economic reasons came at the second rate was the proportion of divorce due to non-spending on the wife amounted to (12%). And the couple's understanding of the need to adhere to the religious, social, customary and legal controls and the use of means of social communication correctly, which reflects the misuse of the breakdown of marital relationship in full. And activating the role of social researcher in personal status courts where he works to develop solutions and reach a consensus between spouses to reduce the phenomenon of divorce. And the need to care for children and protect them from loss and displacement and give their rights.
