المستخلص: This study aimed to identify the educational competencies according to the standards of teaching quality required for graduate students of the LMD system at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports, the University of Chlef, in light of their teaching needs.
The researcher used a descriptive curriculum. The research sample included the third-year students of the Bachelor's program, the second year of the Master's program, and the second year of the Ph.D. The total number of students reached (84) students.
The study used the measure of educational competencies, which includes (49) items as a study tool. The authenticity and stability of the tool have been confirmed.
After applying the tool to the study respondents and after obtaining their answers, the data was dumped and processed statistically by statistical means such as (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient). The study also employed the SPSS program.
The researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which include:
- Determining what is and forming the list of educational competencies needed for students coming to graduate under the (LMD) system, in view of their teaching needs. The researcher prepared the study tool by this list.
- The presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of educational competencies of graduating students according to the academic level variable (l. M. d) and in favor of the Ph.D. students.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الكفايات التعليمية وفق معايير جودة التدريس اللازمة لطلبة خريجي نظام (ل.م.د) بمعهد التربية البدنية والرياضية بجامعة الشلف في ضوء احتياجاتهم التدريسية.
استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت عينة البحث من طلاب السنة الثالثة ليسانس، والسنة الثانية ماستر، والسنة الثانية دكتوراه، والمقدرة ب (48) طالب وطالبة، أما أدات البحث فتمثلت في مقياس الكفايات التعليمية والذي يتضمن (49) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدق وثبات الأدات، وبعد تطبيقها على أفراد عينة البحث والحصول على إجاباتهم تم تفريغ البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا بالوسائل الإحصائية (الوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، ومعامل الارتباط، وتم الاستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (spss)، وتوصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها:
- تحديد ماهية وشكل قائمة الكفايات التعليمية اللازمة للطلبة المقبلين على التخرج نظام (ل.م.د) في ضوء احتياجاتهم التدريسية، ومن خلال هذه القائمة قام الباحث بإعداد أدات الدراسة.
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الكفايات التعليمية للطلاب المتخرجين حسب متغير المستوى الدراسي (ل.م.د) ولصالح طلبة الدكتوراه.


Cette étude visait à identifier un ensemble de critères pédagogiques requises en fonction de la qualité de l’enseignement pour les étudiants diplômes suivant le système (LMD) au niveau de l’institut de l’éducation physique et sportive de l’université de Chlef en fonction de leur besoin d’enseignement. Le chercheur a utilisé l’approche descriptive. L’échantillon d’étude était composé de 48 étudiants et étudiantes issus de la troisième année licence, deuxième année Master et deuxième année Doctorat. L’outil de recherche utilisé est l’échelle de mesures des critères pédagogiques qui est composée de 49 paragraphes dont on a confirmé la validité et la fidélité. Après son application sur les sujets de l’échantillon d’étude et l’obtention de leurs résultats, les données ont été traitées par les outils statistiques (moyenne arithmétique, écart type et le coefficient de corrélation) en utilisant le logiciel statistique (SPSS). Le chercheur est parvenu à un ensemble de conclusions les plus importantes sont : le détermination de la liste des critères pédagogiques nécessaires pour les étudiants en voie de terminer leur études selon le système (LMD) en fonction de leur besoin d’enseignement et à travers cette liste le chercheur a préparé l’outil de l’enseignement, l’existence de différences statistiques significatives en ce concerne le degré de critères pédagogiques pour les étudiants diplômés en fonction de la variabilité du niveau d’étude (LMD) au profil des étudiants en Doctorats.
