المستخلص: تم إعداد هذه الدراسة التي جاءت بعنوان (أثر تدريب العاملين في الهيئات الاتحادية على مهارات متقدمة في العرض ولتقديم) لتقدم طرحاً حول مشكلة النقص العام في تطبيق برامج تدريبية للعرض والتقديم بوجه عام، ونقص الاعتماد على التقنيات الحديثة وتقنيات الواقع الافتراضي في التدريب بصورة عامة والتدريب على مهارات العرض والتقديم على وجه الخصوص. ولغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالرجوع إلى بعض الكتب المتخصصة في العرض والتقديم والتدريب، بالرجوع أيضاً إلى عدد من المواقع الإلكترونية الحكومية الرسمية بهدف وصف الجانب النظري من الدراسة، وفي الجانب العملي ثم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي لتحليل المشكلة بالاعتماد على أداة استقصاء رأي العاملين في الهيئات الاتحادية بأم القيوين فضلاً عن أداة الملاحظة المبنية على الخبرة العملية للباحثة. وتم تقسيم الدراسة إلى فصلين، الفصل الأول كان بعنوان (مفهوم العرض والتقديم) وتضمن مبحثين، في المبحث الأول منهما تم التعريف بماهية العرض والتقديم وعناصرها وأهميتها، وفي المبحث الثاني تم التعريف بالأساليب الحديثة في مهارات العرض والتقديم بالتركيز على تقنيات الإنفو جرافيك وتقنيات الواقع الافتراضي كالمحاكاة والتصوير ثلاثي الأبعاد. أما لفصل الثاني فكان بعنوان (واقع المهارات المتقدمة في العرض ولتقديم في الهيئات الاتحادية للهوية والجنسية) وتناول في مبحثيه موضوعين هما: مدى ارتباط التدريب بالمهارات المتقدمة للعرض والتقديم بتطبيق استراتيجيات وتوجهات الهيئات الاتحادية ومناقشة أفضل الممارسات المطبقة في مجال التدريب على مهارات متقدمة للعرض ولتقديم. ومن خلال مناقشة نتائج الدراسة، تم تحديد مجموعة من النتائج الهامة، أبرزها أن مهارات العرض والتقديم هي مهارات فطرية قابلة للاكتساب والتنمية بالتدريب، إضافة إلى أنه تبين الحاجة على تطبيق برامج متطورة للتدريب على مهارات متقدمة في العرض والتقديم للعاملين في الهيئات الاتحادية. وتم وضع عدة توصيات تركزت في مجملها حول تطبيق برنامج تدريبي متطور ومستمر على المهارات المتقدمة في العرض والتقديم للعاملين في الهيئات الاتحادية يتم فيها الاعتماد على تقنيات الإنفوجرافيك والمحاكاة والتصوير ثلاثي الأبعاد، والاستفادة من تلك التقنيات ايضاً في تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية الأخرى في الهيئات الاتحادية.

This study, which came under the title (The Impact of Training Workers in Federal Entities on Advanced Skills in Presentation and Presentation) was prepared to present a presentation on the problem of the general shortage in applying training programs for presentation and presentation in general, and the lack of reliance on modern and virtual reality techniques in training in general and training on skills The presentation and presentation in particular. In order to achieve the goals of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was relied on, by referring to some books specialized in presentation, presentation and training, also by referring to a number of official government websites to describe the theoretical aspect of the study, and in the practical aspect relied on the analytical approach to analyze the problem by relying on A survey tool for workers in the federal authorities in Umm Al Quwain, as well as a tool for observation based on the worker's experience. The study was divided into two chapters, the first chapter was entitled (the concept of presentation and presentation) and included two topics, in the first topic of them was the definition of what is presentation and its elements and its importance, and in the second topic was the definition of modern methods in presentation and presentation skills with a focus on the information and graphic techniques of virtual reality such as simulation And 3D photography. As for the second chapter, it was entitled (The Reality of Advanced Skills in Presentation and Presentation in the Federal Entities for Identity and Nationality) and discussed in his two topics two topics: The extent of training related to advanced skills for presentation and presentation by applying the strategies and directions of the federal authorities and discussing best practices applied in the field of training on advanced skills for presentation and presentation. Through discussion of the study results, a set of important results was identified, the most important of which is that presentation and presentation skills are innate skills that can be acquired and developed by training, in addition to the need to apply advanced programs for training in advanced skills in presentation and presentation for workers in federal agencies. Several recommendations were developed that focused in their entirety on the application of an advanced and continuous training program on advanced skills in the presentation and presentation of workers in federal agencies in which reliance on infographics, simulation and three-dimensional imaging techniques, and benefit from those techniques also in the implementation of other training programs in federal bodies.
