|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتطوير إدارة الأنشطة المدرسية بمكتب التربية والتعليم ومراكزها في مديريات محافظة إب في ضوء أبعاد الإدارة الاستراتيجية. ولتحقيق هدف البحث، عمد الباحث إلى دراسة واقع ممارسة إدارة الأنشطة المدرسية لأبعاد الإدارة الاستراتيجية، وعما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) استجابات عينة البحث تعزى لمتغيراته (الجنس - المؤهل - المركز الوظيفي - سنوات الخبرة). \nوأعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي بنوعيه: المسحي والتطويري، واستخدم أداة من نوع استبانة تكونت من خمسة مجالات مثلت أبعاد الإدارة الاستراتيجية، وجهت إلى عينه مختارة من مجتمع البحث والذي تمثل بجميع العاملين في إدارة الأنشطة المدرسية بمكتب التربية والتعليم ومراكز المديريات بمحافظ إب والبالغ عددهم (414) فردا، تم سحب عينة منهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية والبالغ عددها (193) فردا، وبنسبة (47%) توزعت على (10) نائب مدير، و(17) رئيس قسم، و(166) موجه أنشطة. \nكما استخدم برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (Spss) لإجراء العمليات الحسابية المواءمة لأهدف البحث ومتغيراته. وقد توصل البحث الحالي إلى النتائج الآتية:- \n1. أن واقع ممارسة إدارة الأنشطة المدرسية في مكتب التربية والتعليم بمحافظة إب لأبعاد الإدارة الاستراتيجية على مستوى الأداة إجمالا حكان (ضعيفا)، حيث حصل على متوسط حسابي (2.35)، وانحراف معياري (0.95)، وفقا لمدى المقياس المستخدم (1.80 - 2.69). \n2. حصل مجال: التحليل البيئي الاستراتيجي الداخلي على الترتيب الأول، وبمتوسط حسابي (2.60) وانحراف معياري (0.94) ودلالة لفظية (متوسطة). \n3. بينما حصل مجال: التحليل البيئي الاستراتيجي الخارجي على الترتيب الثاني بمتوسط حسابي (2.38) وانحراف معياري (0.94) ودلالة لفظية (ضعيفة). \n4. وجاء مجال: تنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية بالمرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي (2.37) وانحراف معياري (1.03) ودلالة لفظية (ضعيفة) أيضا. \n5. كما احتل مجال: صياغة وتكوين التوجهات الاستراتيجية المرتبة الرابعة بمتوسط حسابي (2.30) وانحراف معياري (0.96) ودلالة لفظية (ضعيفة). \n6. وجاء مجال: رقابة وتقويم الأداء الاستراتيجي في المرتبة الخامسة والأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (2.10) وانحراف معياري (0.94) ودلالة لفظية (ضعيفة). \n7. توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عنده مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث، تجاه ممارسة إدارة الأنشطة المدرسية بمكتب التربية والتعليم بمحافظة إب لأبعاد الإدارة الاستراتيجية، تعزى لمتغير الجنس (ذكر - أنثى). \n8. توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث، تجاه ممارسة إدارة الأنشطة المدرسية بمكتب التربية والتعليم بمحافظة إب لأبعاد الإدارة الاستراتيجية، تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي (ما دون الجامعي - جامعي فأعلى). \nثم أوصى الباحث بجملة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي من شأنها معالجة القصور وتحسين مستوى أداء إدارة الأنشطة المدرسية بمحافظة إب من خلال تبني التصور المقترح الذي قدمه الباحث طي البحث الحالي.\n

|f The present research aims to build a proposed vision for the development of the management of school activities at the education bureau and it's centers in Ibb governorate, in light of the strategic management dimensions. The researcher studied the reality of practicing the dimensions of strategic management by school activities management. The research also studied whether there were statistically significant differences at the significance level of (α = 0.05) in the responses study respondents attributed to the variables (gender - qualification - career status - years of experience). \nThe researcher relied on the descriptive approach wif both the descriptive and the developmental types. He also used a questionnaire tool consisting of five areas dat represented the strategic management dimensions. The study directed the questionnaire to the sample selected from the research community, which consisted of all 414 employees of the school activities management, education bureau, and directorate centers in Ibb governorate. There total number reached 144 employees. The study pulled out a sample in a random and stratified manner. It consisted of (193) individuals wif a percentage ratio of (47%) and comprised of (10) deputy director, (17) department heads, and (166) activity directors. \nThe study employed the statistical package program (SPSS) to carry calculations consistent wif the research objectives and variables. The research reached the following results:\n1.\tThe reality of the practice of managing school activities at the education bureau in Ibb governorate for strategic management dimensions at the tool level, in general, is weak. It obtained an arithmetic average of (2.35), and a standard deviation of (0.95), according to the range of the used scale (1.80 - 2.69). \n2.\tThe internal strategic environmental analysis field obtained the first ranking, wif an arithmetic average (2.60), a standard deviation (0.94), and a (medium) verbal significance. \n3.\tThe field of External Strategic Environmental Analysis ranked second wif an arithmetic average (2.38), a standard deviation (0.94), and a (weak) verbal significance.\n4.\tThe implementation of the strategic plan came in third place wif an arithmetic average (2.37) and a standard deviation (1.03) and a (weak) verbal significance.\n5.\tThe area of formulation and composition of strategic tends ranked fourth wif an arithmetic average (2.30), a standard deviation (0.96), and a (weak) verbal significance. \n6.\tThe field of strategic performance control and evaluation ranked fifth and last wif an arithmetic average (2.10), a standard deviation (0.94), and a (weak) verbal significance. \n7.\tthere are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the averages of the responses of the members of the research sample, towards the practice of managing school activities at education bureau in Ibb governorate for the dimensions of strategic management attributed to the sex variable (male-female). \n8.\tthere are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the averages of the responses of the members of the research sample, towards the practice of managing school activities at the Bureau of Education in Ibb governorate for the strategic management dimensions attributed to the scientific qualification variable (below university - university and higher). \nThe researcher tan made many recommendations and suggestions dat would address the shortcomings and improve the performance of school activities management in Ibb governorate by adopting the proposed concept presented by the researcher under the present research.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
